Nice place. Need more staff. Pool bar closed on July 5th..a Sunday. Main restaurant only had two servers and we were turned back even though plenty of tables because they said they had two large tables and couldn’t handle our party of three. Gloria at golf club was great as well as the staff at the pub and pool bar. Just not enough of them to cover. Checkin was rough on the 4th. The checkin person had a bad attitude and could have cared less. That was on the 4th and it was very slow. Overall nice place but definitely is hit or miss. Hire some people.

Good thing is, it is close to stone mountain. Bad things are, no bell desk, not enough carts to take your bags to room, resultant's food at both places was terrible and service is terrible. It seems, they focus of alcohol promotion than lousy food. Swimming pool water is merky, one of the pillows was smelling, no change in bedding for 2 days even you ask for it. This is not good place for family.

The hotel was clean and close to Stone Mountain. However the restaurant is not the best. Staff is slow and food is subpar. Overall a good choice to stay if you are visiting the park.

It was a good stay, stone park is great, but hotel was too crowded to use the pool and the lake isn´t accesible to swim (we didn´t know that). Breakfast was too expensinve and other options to eat were limited. Also housekeeping wasn´t great, our room wasnt cleaned and we had to request it late afternoon. But overall room was clean, spacious and staff was great and helpful

The resort is absolutely beautiful and I would love to visit again. We are from Savannah. So it’s just up the road. ***David, the shuttle assistant was amazing. He was very patient and caring. Yes I used the stool. lol. Having horrible knees, I hate to inconvenience anyone. He literally offered a hand up on the stool and hand for the step down. Thank you David!!!absolutely a complete delight .

The toilet kept stalling to flush.

Very nice and clean hotel.

Family-friendly. Clean room. Their staff especially Jackie was wonderful.
-
Great room and view. Pool was small, but decent upkeep. Restaurant took a long time to serve lunch. Staff placed over $500 hold on my credit card (as opposed to the $178 was I was at check in) without any clear reason and then gave me a hard time at check out. Very unprofessional.

The room was OK. No couch was inconvenient. Pool was filthy and there were so many kids throwing balls we couldn't use it. There were idiots taking up the whole hot tub with their you tube videoing until 11pm (loudly) too. We tried the gym, to find it very small and treadmill broken. Then we were charged $47 amenities fee (for absolutely nothing).very disappointed. Also, they had only 1 van circling instead of the usual 2 with a huge elderly group who "reserved" its use for their activities (it wasn't reserved, but they acted like they owned it).

The view was amazing
-
Everything Chair on the balcony , the seat was torn and you could not sit in it
-
The pillows and blankets were very dirty. The sink stopped up several times and the toilet stopped up as well. I was told that we had to do a lot of things our self because they were understaffed.

The front desk personnel Most everything

It was super enjoyable
-
No hot water my entire trip and restaurants inside the park were closed during my stay.
