The staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. The facility seems old and it shows. Nothing unsanitary, just needs an update. It kind of seems like it is being slowly renovated, so maybe they are working on it. The beds are comfortable. Breakfast is about the same as any other Holiday Inn express. It’s very close to the highway and about a 5 minute drive to Stone Mountain park. It seems to be in a safe area. Although, it didn’t look like there is an area of Stone Mountain that isn’t safe. The best part, it’s walking distance from Metro Cafe. You have to eat there if you ever visit Stone Mountain.
