Do not go hear place look like crack hole. Holes in the wall holes in the sheets. Bed are terrible as well they chance my room it was a inch better but never would I pick this place again

I’m not sure if I would stay here again. The only good thing is that it was very close to Stone Mountain where we spent the day at.

Had to ask for our money back nothing worked Had to get her money back, but then booking my booking was made through Booking.com and they have to give the money back

Nothing at all! The room smelled like cigarettes. The mattress we slept on was like sleeping on a broken box spring. The sitting chair was filthy. Major disappointment. Never again!

Staff was friendly and re doomed us due to smoke smell Bed was poor. Refrigerator was open with a puddle in the floor. Jacuzzi didn’t work Mold in the bathroom. Pool closed. It was not mentioned when booked

The Indian man in the front is very rude Very arrogant, very disrespectful I will not use the hotel again as long as he's still there.. The breakfast is very poor

The first room we got was terrible smoke and the entire room was not pleasant at all they changed the rooms the staff did give us another room and I was a bit better the walls were not as dirty and the smell was better too

Key failed 3 times trying to get back in late at night Pool not open and not maintained

The only thing that was positive about my day was that the receptionist was able to get me into a different room The place is very rundown. The first room I was in smelled like cigarettes had cigarette holes in the bed on the couch and even on the plastic tray there was plastic covering the fire alarm and the walls were filthy dirty even in the new room we replaced. It still wasn’t the cleanest, but it was maintained a little better than the other room.

Poor breakfast only waffles, cereal, orange juice, coffee and mandarines. Nothing like the pictures. The room and bathroom are run-down, the paint is all damaged and weird smell is coming from the hall into the room

In the bathroom wall, poor TV channel access, no one answered the front desk after I tried to call them on three different occasions. I had to leave early in the morning to attend a conference, and when I came back and asked for a refund, they told me they would have done it but it was after 12pm and their system did not connect with Expedia’s. This was by far the worst hotel experience I have EVER experienced in my life!
