Quality Inn Stone Mountain

Poor breakfast only waffles, cereal, orange juice, coffee and mandarines. Nothing like the pictures. The room and bathroom are run-down, the paint is all damaged and weird smell is coming from the hall into the room

In the bathroom wall, poor TV channel access, no one answered the front desk after I tried to call them on three different occasions. I had to leave early in the morning to attend a conference, and when I came back and asked for a refund, they told me they would have done it but it was after 12pm and their system did not connect with Expedia’s. This was by far the worst hotel experience I have EVER experienced in my life!

Too Noisy

The property was not maintained. There were gnats everywhere. The bathroom smelled like smoke. The doors on the outside of the room were dirty. People talking all night outside of my, room all night. You can hear people stomping their feet upstairs.

Location that’s it! We were going to an event and it was within walking distance even though we drove. The service clerk was new which wasn’t an issue so she kept apologizing. Great service! Dead cockroaches were outside, the beds were so uncomfortable, the ironing board cover needed changing so we couldn’t iron our clothes if we wanted to, the floor held a lot of moisture from whatever caused it and also there was something frozen in the freezer that didn’t look clean so we didn’t use it!!

The floor had lots of scarring which made it look dirty. Overall as stated for the price it was fine. I would stay again. The staff was great. Breakfast was a nice addition.

I didn’t like it It smelling bad and not a safe place to be

Not clean at all. It’s was dirty stains on the walls and doors. When we told the front desk clerk instead of changing our room, he said he would just give us a refund. The breakfast was horrible complementary breakfast, only waffle and cereal and coffee.

Easy check in and out. The staff was nice and they fixed the locks when asked. The breakfast is waffle, yogurt, cereal, coffee. No protein, barely fruits. The people who are there are very questionable. I was there for two nights. The first night there are people just walking up amd down talking at 3 am. The second night at 11:30 for about 30 minutes there was a two floor argument. Someone at the bottom yelling at someone on the top. The area doesn't have many healthy options, the room itself even though spacious looks very seedy and questionable. People do live there so keep that in mind. Overall would not go back

It was pretty clean Some things seemed a bit outdated but other than that it was great

The staff was good There was roaches outside. The bathroom had cigarettes ashes, toilet had burns on it. The bed had blood on it. There was paper in the eye whole of the door.

The staff was a little nice was the older gentleman at the front desk that told me that no one will be there to clean my room up. I have one day I stay from Tuesday to Saturday. He said there would be no housekeeper to clean the room when I asked for towels, I had to go back to my room bring him the dirty towels to receive clean towels. I wouldn’t advise no one to stay at that hotel.

Dirty towels left in room for 3 days, hot water pipe leaking, Water supply knob came off during shower, requested to have room cleaned but they would not clean it, shower curtain had mold on it, garbage not removed from room for 3 days, room very dirty, bathtub dirty, refrigerator had food left in it when I arrived in room. I ended up buying cleaning supplys and cleaned the bathroom.

It needs some stafff

Broken chair dumped me onto the floor. Lawsuit potential. Replacement took 14 hours. Breakfast was an insult - focused on waffles. Very noisy - weather stripping on door was inadequate. Curtains would not close enough to block outside light.

There were insects and dry throw up on the head board and sheets

Location to Stone Mountain Yes. Pool closed. No hair conditioner in bathroom.

Peaceful with helpful staff very acomodating Likedeverything

Felt very safe. Sleep really good

Privacy The door leaked outside air and the place could use a good makeover
