Great halfway meeting point for our IL family and NJ family. The staff was nice and very accommodating!

Also, this is the first hotel we’ve stayed at for quite some time that didn’t offer complementary coffee in the lobby. On the positive side, it was a clean hotel with comfortable beds.

The location is great for us travelling to visit family. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast included once and that was so good. We weren’t as lucky this time as breakfast was separate but still very good food.

The room was clean and spacious.The front desk employee was very friendly and the lobby was very nice.The parking was very convenient.

Jeremiah and Kim at the front desk were very pleasant, welcoming and helpful. Didn't take advantage of the free breakfast. Shared the room with 3 others and appreciated the sink being located separate from the toilet and shower. Two things: would have been nice to have the bar open later as it closed at 10 pm and the room drapes were ripped. Other than those things, the hotel was great.

The property was good. When we arrived at 5:43 pm and had a reservation. The room was not ready even though check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 pm. There were several people waiting. They did offer free breakfast to make up for it but we don't eat breakfast. We were headed to a concert at Blossom music festival and needed to get ready so was very disappointed in that. We waited about 10-15 minutes for a room to be cleaned. The room was okay except the toilet/shower area. It was dirty and had mold/mildew around the shower. Did not look to be well maintained. I would not stay here again because of that.

Our room was never cleaned as we were there for 3 nights. No whirl poor even though there was a sign in the lobby stating there is one. Food and drinks way too pricey. Bagel and cream cheese 8.50 however across the street only 2.50.

Spent two nights for a show at Blossom. Chose the hotel for it being close to the venue and we are happy we did! Staff was kind and courteous. Comfortable bed, nice water pressure. Cute with a balcony that overlooked a wooded area with birds singing. Will definitely return on our next trip to Blossom!

But, coffee prices very high. Should be complimentary.

Booked a room sent my brother there to check in after working all day. The reservation got canceled, took the money out of my account and still haven't seen the refund

very poor maid service. one day they didn't even show up. the next day, i had to call the front desk for service.

Place was nice. It seemed pretty dated but overall it was a very nice hotel for the price
