I thought breakfast was included in the price.

Staff was great and responsive. The room floors were somewhat dirty/not vacuumed. At check-in, we were told that because of our reward status, breakfast was included. It was not. Toward the end, several problems came up. The TV volume stopped working, the a/c in the bedroom stopped working, the ice bucket had no liner and was moldy, if we are in this area in the future (Cuyahoga Valley NP) we will probably spend a little more and stay somewhere nicer.

The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Starbucks breakfast is great. Especially the French toast!

The staff here is super friendly. The lobby area and Bistro are very nice with lots of seating. The Bistro was handy for a nice, tasty meal and drink that we didn’t have to go far to get. We had a king suite that was extra comfortable and clean. We brought our dinner up to the room and ate on the balcony. There is not a complimentary breakfast, but the Bistro serves a good breakfast at a fair price. The in-room refrigerator didn’t have a freezer section, but the staff took our cooler ice packs to the Bistro for us so they could refreeze them for us.

Having to wait for my room to be ready at 5:30 in the afternoon.

I arrived at 5:30 pm in the afternoon. The clerk informed me the room was not ready. I waited in the lounge. The restaurant was not open or I would have ate something while I waited. The room was great. It was quite and clean. The beds were good. The A/C was kickass! I was there for a concert.it was good overall. I just had to wait on my room at 5:30 in the afternoon. Having to wait for my room to be ready at 5:30 in the afternoon.

I like the fact that it was close to the Blossom concert that we went to on September 10. My friend, Tiffany like the pool. I liked the soft beds and lots of pillows.

Staying here was so relaxing. It was like home away from home. From the front desk employees to the maid service, was phenomenal. I'm planning on returning in April 2027 and this will be the place I stay at
