Everything was exceptional but the STAFF were the absolute BEST! Always helpful and with a smile! I've been lucky enough to have stayed at some fantastic hotels all over the world and I would put this staff up against any of the VERY best! The dishwasher was broken

Nice, clean place with big rooms!

The bathroom had the trim coming off if not already off. You can see the mold that was behind the trim.

thank you for a wonderful stay!

Room was clean. Furniture was stained and torn. Definitely showed use. Pool was good. Breakfast was ok but could’ve used some fruit or healthier options.

Superb

The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Good breakfast selection. Easy walk to restaurants. I did feel the bathroom could have been cleaner...it only takes a moment to dispose of the previous guests' soap that had been left in the shower and to give the walls a quick wipe to get rid of toothpaste spots.

Very clean and comfortable and very welcoming

Room, front desk staff, room cleaning staff were all great Breakfast staff and food was awful. Hot food was cold, plates, Bowles etc were not there to use. Had to wait for a woman with a rude attitude to finely go stock the food and plates and bowls. We have stayed here 3 times and this was the first time it was so bad.

Lovey place to stay, very quiet

Everything was adequate, but nothing special. Didn't get the room we booked, which was placed 6 months in advance, breakfast left a lot to be desired. And next time we book we will make sure it is not pet-friendly. Hotel and room were clean overall, did what we needed it to do but did not wow.
