The orange juice The first day the eggs or mushy and the potatoes were soggy and undercook. The second day they served omelette with cheese. Not everyone eats cheese

My booking through Bookit.com was horrible. It did no good through to Hampton Inn Suffolk. There system went down on July 31. So no reservations went through and when we arrived to check in there was no reservation. So I had to pay again to stay. Sad o I want my 176.00 back from you all. I will never use you all again and I will not recommend you all to anyone!

The staff was absolutely amazing. Very pleasant and helpful. They assisted with every question we had. Cannot say enough about them. Breakfast was good but not home but surely large variety. Very clean breakfast area...seating is one of the older areas furniture wise. I can't say I disliked anything. The hotel is a bit older and shows a little wear from age BUT it was clean, smelled good and again the staff amazing! If you don't mind a little wear and tear...you would love it. The room was huge...

The room was very clean and spacious- especially the bathroom! Breakfast was a nice option and it was great for my daughter traveling with pets

The location was good The room could have been much cleaner the floor in bathroom was dirty the shower was not clean. We went down for breakfast before 10 and the lady had started taking food away and what she did leave was cold
