The Nest Hotel Suffolk

The room had nothing but a bed in it. No chairs or tables. No coffee pot.

The water pressure and temperature Roaches, bed bugs, holes in the walls, broken door locks and pool was green

The entire lobby had a smell of cigarette smoke. Our room door did not latch properly and could have easily been forced open even when locked making us feel rather unsafe all night. The beds were basically a thin toddler mattress on a fold out metal frame. The light above the sink did not work. Tiles in the bathroom were cracked and the bathtubwas stained. There was also a really bad smell in the fridge.

Horrible

The bed was not clean and the front desk worker was rude. I saw a man smoking crack The pool was dirty the bathroom was not properly clean. We had to slide the refrigerator to the door so it could stay shut. Only reason we did not leave because my daughter had just drove for 5 hours and we needed rest.. And could not get a refund back. The worst experience I have had.

I like the room was clean. I read some reviews that made me didn't want to go there . But I got room 102 and the room was clean, sheets also clean even though I use my own sheets.

Everything ok no pool no breakfast but was cozy an not bad price

Dirty towels and bathroom needs cleaned better

the location is the ONLY good thing about this property. the lock on the door was BROKEN. it did not lock. the pool was down. the wifi didn’t work at all. the beds felt like jail cots, literally. bunch of random bugs crawling in the room. woke up to a tick crawling on my hand. there was a huge hole in the wall (pictures of that under this review) the smoke alarm was gone. ac makes terrible noises. seen roaches crawling outside the door. black mold on ceiling. do not stay here.

Nothing The front desk person was rude, they had rowches and cigarette burns on the sheets, the wash cloths was not white they were brown

I misunderstood the rating system, thinking it was a scale of 1-5 so did not look at the reviews. My mistake. I believe you need to NOT advertise this property. You do not want to be associated with them. The property was in terrible shape, moldy, broken toilet seat, gouged walls, no hanging space, no chair,broken door lock...It is a reflection on Travelocity, with which we have always been pleased. Thank you

The room was filthy, even the paint on the walls ran away! The towels were actual dirty translucent rags that were rationed out. I have seen thicker kleenex. They never mopped the floor unless they used tar. The room door was so flimsy that the card key reader couldn’t engage properly. The pictures they show online are all photo shopped. This place is a hole. Do not rent a room here.

It was dirty. Stains on walls. Pool wasn't open and it's summer. Nats flying everywhere in the bathrooms. Wasn't for kids at all.

When we arrived the front desk person wasn’t there he was actually outside smoking a cigarette and we didn’t know he was front desk because he was dressed like a homeless man. When we finally did get the room there was dirty sheets on the bed and no bed protectors on the bed and there was mold on the walls. The bathroom was disgustingly dirty!!!! The towels and wash cloths were brown and stiff and the door wouldn’t close unless we slammed it shut and the microwave locked you food in the microwave!!! No internet the only good thing about it was it was connected to a club!

The room smelled like mold, the bathroom needed to be painted. The front door wasn’t really secured you could see the Sunlight coming in at the bottom of the door. The smoked detector was missing off the wall. The towels and wash cloths looked filthy. The room had a lot of small Gnats, the bed slept uncomfortably.There was a dead bug smashed on the wall looked like a roach or a bed bug. Paid for a king side bed got double beds instead, peep hole wasn’t secured. Closet was falling apart it had mold at the bottom of it. The sink was falling apart at the bottom. The room just didn’t felt safe at all because the door really wasn’t secure, pillows, sheet, and cover wasn’t good either. Mattress didn’t sleep comfortably the room was really uncomfortable and smelled awful. So it was really terrible.

There were roaches in the room

After staying in went back in the room.to grab the last of my things housekeeping had already stripped the bed.The mattress i was extremely dirty and had numerous big, nasty blood stains on it there were roaches, no toilet paper, dirty towels, staff, very, very rude. I would not recommend this place at all

The older man that works during the day is beyond rude. Had my dog with me when dropping my mother and I told him the dog is not going in the room then proceeded to yell at me about the dog. He only came along for the ride. Then later harassed my mother about the dog yelling at her about it. The toilet in her room got clogged and it was the biggest inconvenience for him to assist her with unclogging it then proceeded to throw the only roll of toilet paper she had in the wet tub and ruined it. When she asked housekeeping for one roll they said she had to go to the front desk to ask for it. There are roaches or some sort of bugs in the rooms. I have pictures of them dead on the floor of the room she was in. This is the absolute worst and disgusting hotel I've ever seen. Property and staff are horrible. I will never book a room there again.

Location Too many roaches

From checking to check out was 15 minutes! The pool was murky brown, the bathroom had mold and the toilet looked like it had never been cleaned , the beds were disgusting. I can go on and on about how unsafe and nasty this property is ! It looks nothing like the photos that they have on their site ! Let’s not forget the bedbugs and roaches !!!!
