Overall the property was fine and staff was friendly. The breakfast options were doable if you are the traveling with a family and need some simple choices. If you are expecting more, you may do better going out. There were some places that could have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly but not to the point of disgust. Also, coffee and tea were available 24hrs and the sit down space was comfy. This is my second time staying since 2023.

Close to hospital Mattress was too soft. It felt like I was sinking in bed. Water dripped in tub all night.

The hotel manager was fantastic and accommodating. Concerns for me where the price I paid and the condition in which the hotel was. Lots of cosmetics need to occur. My comforter in the cover was old and ripped. The hooks were missing to hang things, not enough storage for a room for 4, the sink was missing the piece in the middle, the caulking looked old, the bathroom had two different colors, the doors on the floor all at the bottom looked old and run down. The breakfast was good and great to have as it was free and helps when you have children. The pool was great and clean. Parking was perfect.

We arrived very early and the manager was able to get us into our room 3 hours early. Nothing.

As far as the room goes, the bed was comfortable. However the door on room 322 seemed to act like it was jammed and then not want to open. The a/c was a little janky too. The lobby area in the entrance was clean but it smelled moldy

The breakfast foods were fresh every morning, staff were very helpful and the cleaning crew always working.

Rooms were pretty good spacious clean and room service did come around each day and offered clean linens and anything else you needed.
