Clarion Pointe Sulphur Springs

Friendly staff. Convenient location. Its an older hotel but perfect for the time me night we were in town.

The parking lot was full and we were towing a pup trailer. The nice fella at the desk let us park on front along the driveway. Extremely helpful, friendly and understanding.

Courteous staff Needs some remodeling

The hotel and staff were fine. We reserved a room thru Booking.com with 2 Queen beds because our granddaughter was staying with us. When we arrived, the hotel told us that all the rooms with the Queen beds were sold-out and they gave us a room with a King bed and sofa bed. So, I spent a miserable night on the sofa bed's 2" mattress (at 76, that is no fun). They said I would have to discuss the issue with Booking.com (not their problem). Right now, not happy with either business.

Front desk staff was friendly and got us checked in quickly. The room was nicer then expected for the price we paid. Breakfast was included and tasted good. The one thing I good point out is the silicone at the base of the shower walls needs to be either cleaned better or replaced. Not gross just yellowed

Room was not clean. Stains on sheets, pieces of hair in the sheets, bathroom was dirty, microwave was dirty

Bar is completely shutdown.

The only issue we saw was the shower had mold all through it. Otherwise it was a clean room.

Rolms Were Very Clean! Staff Was Amazing. Breakfast Was Delicious & Plentiful & There Was Plenty Of Parking. We Definitely Recommend!!

I love the beauty of the rooms . Each one seems to have a mural on an accent wall . They are large , modern and clean . I've been here multiple times and they have never disappointed me That they aren't in my town

Room was clean and well stocked. Perfect for 2 night stay. Breakfast was delicious and hot. Great choice of breakfast items.

Staff were friendly and efficient at every turn, breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect. Just an outstanding stay from check-in to checkout — I'll be back.

Everything was excellent, everyone was courteous and friendly.

The room was clean and comfortable, but the breakfast was lacking. Counters were not clean. There were multiple empty items such as no sausage or bacon, no eggs on second day, waffle mix very low, no forks, etc. Eggs were prepared with onions first day and did not taste good.

Location I come to this hotel because my organization had a discount rate. I booked this through Booking.com before I found out about the discount. Then I call and explain the situation and was given the discount rate on a reservation. Was told they notified Booking.com and previous arrangements will be dropped. However on the day of the event they charge my credit card 320.00 and said Booking.com was going to refund my PayPal arrangements. Which they never did. Charge me full price. So I paid Clarion Pointe 320.00 and PayPal 418.00 for the same stay. This is highway robbery. Plus you can never speak to a live agent. Its contact communication through the app. only on the app it go directly to the hotel. That's who said Booking.com had cancel previous payment and still charged me. I will never use this app again to book hotels.You have just lost a customer in the future.
