La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Sulphur Springs

We were marked as no shows even though I called before hand and told them we’d be there late. Check in took over an hour and they had to call someone in. The tv was very slow.

Was a great stay. Clean and quiet!

This is just a place to lay your head!

I have stayed at the Sulphur Springs location every time I visit.

The desk staff was really pleasant and the room was nice. Unfortunately, we arrived late and housekeeping was really noisy before 8 am.

It was all good breakfast was good the pool ,and hot tub roon was great just the bed was a lil hard but all in all was great

My husband was there for 3 nights and he absolutely loved it. He said the bed was comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great. We will stay here next time we are in town.

The only thing that was not perfect for me was no decaf coffee and I didn’t particularly care for the breakfast, but that’s a personal thing

The woman wouldn’t give me my room. She had me criminally trespassed and did not honor my reservation.

Clean room, comfortable bed, nice decor, extra parking for trailers, friendly staff, and clean pool/hot tub. Really nice room. Large dirt lot behind the hotel for trailers (potentially trucks and other large vehicles). Great indoor pool that gives lagoon vibes and large hot tub, both were very clean.

We stayed at this location approximately 4 years ago. There was nothing inherently wrong with the property at that time. However, what a difference new management makes! Drashty is amazing! She is so professional, warm, friendly, and helpful. Her, and her team, obviously take great pride and care in their work. The property is so well maintained. Everyone from Drashty to the people working the breakfast buffet to the housekeeping crew could not have been friendlier. It's so true that employees take their cues from the people at the top. Drashty is setting such a wonderful example. We will not hesitate to stay at the property in the future.

Breakfast selection could be better. Flat, thin sausage was not that great. At least alternate bacon every other day or get sausage links. Hash brown potatos were terrible. Like somebody ran them through a wire screen. Not crisp, flavorless.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful with anything needed - and all very hard working!

Everything about this hotel was great: the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms and the property. I could not recommend it highly enough. A+

The staff at a hotel makes all the difference, and they were A+ at La Quinta Sulphur Springs! The property was beautifully maintained, and everything was clean. I couldn't help but notice how the manager of the hotel himself kept the breakfast area clean and in order throughout the morning, even when things got very busy. The people at the front desk were always friendly and helpful, as were the cleaning staff. I stayed here before and there was a reason that I returned. This is a great place to stay in Sulphur Springs... I would recommend it highly.

The past 3 or 4 times we've stayed at a La Quinta we have been very disappointed. The cleanliness and service was drastically less than before covid. BUT.... This location in Sulphur Springs Texas is operated by a couple that truly cares and it shows! The hotel is very clean and run efficiently. Five stars for every category! If we are ever in the area again, we will stay here!
