1) The Wifi for mobile devices (at least for our iPhones and iPad) was terrible. We were not able to log in; despite having the password. We did not ask the staff for help, so I don't know if there was a "trick" to getting it to work. Wifi on our laptop was no issue 2) The layout of the room (2 Queen) was a bit "weird." The lounge chair was right next to one of the beds, making it a bit awkward for getting in/out. The desk chair was directly in front of the AC; so you were constantly getting blown on. 3) The tub has no slip guards on the bottom. Or they were there, but have worn off. With no other handles in the bath (non-accessible), it can be a bit difficult for some people. 4) Finally, the guide on the TV was painfully slow. It would be best to have a printed guide available so that you can quickly enter in the channel.

Nice place. Nice pool. Hotel breakfasts are never great but it was average. Beautiful room and very comfortable. Hate the tv as it only works with Samsung unless u watch cable.

Good-sized, very clean room. Loved the little reading lights the bed. Good breakfast. Very nice, professional staff, especially Cary at the night front desk. When we had some difficulty using our room's microwave, he not only answered our question but microwaved our food for us - very kind and helpful!

Breakfast was good, except the coffee was TOO hot. Had pour cod water in cup to drink it . Room was excellent, just need a guide in room to locate stations on TV

Entire hotel was recently renovated and very clean. Front desk staff, specifically, Monica, was a pleasure to work with. Will definitely stay again.

Employees are very unprofessional and not trained. Pair that along with no management help. Or call back. Will be disputing charges through my credit card.

Unfortunately, the shampoo and conditioner were empty. I didn’t find this out until I took a shower early in the morning. I didn’t notify anyone since I was leaving but I’m sure they would have fixed the issue if notified.

The hallway back door elevator floors are dirty. Not impressed it was a pet hotel. Pet rooms should be only designated rooms. There were 4 guest with. Dogs checking in
