the only thing i didn't agree we asked for towels since they had not come into our room due to someone being ill that day inn the room, she asked for the trash and dirty towels but didn't replace them had to ask that night at desk for clean towels, the shampoo and conditioner containers in shower were empty, and the noise had construction going during the day, and at night they need to reinforce the quiet time to customers coming in late, had a team of young kids coming in on saturday night and it was 1 am they were screaming and laughing running down the hall 2nd floor and the adults with them allowing them to be that noisy..

Remodeling very nicely! Rooms were clean and staff very friendly. Pool could use some attention but I’m sure that will be coming soon. Overall, love staying here!

We stayed in one of the remodeled rooms. It was great with large room, comfortable bed and fresh new bathroom. There was a lot of construction trash in the parking area in the back, dumpster needed to be changed out. However it was quiet and I would stay here again. Hopefully next time all the remodeling will be completed.

We stayed in a newly renovated room and it was great! Customer service at the front desk was great. Breakfast was clean, well stocked and very good.

I was still charged even though I cancelled and confirmed cancellation with the hotel. Pool was closed due to a HEALTH HAZZARD and had to clear HEALTH DEPARTMENT INSPECTION!!! NASTY.

We were traveling with my Search & Rescue K-9s. Normally when we stay I’ve found that most hotels put minimal effort into their pet friendly rooms. They are often worn, dirty and smelly. This is the FIRST hotel I’ve ever stayed in where the pet friendly room was maintained to the same standard as all of the rooms!! What a wonderful and welcome surprise after a week of searching!!!

Room was ok. Really needed dusting. Furniture is stained and need cleaned.Hopefully they will update the rooms as well. Construction going on with limited parking.
