The staff is really awesome. My pets are being loved on multiple times of day.

Room had puddles of water coming up from beneath the floorboards.

The room and staff were great. Very helpful and nice my only real complaint was being stuck on the elevator that broke while going to second floor room as disabled and it's hard to go up and down stairs

They have done an excellent job of cleaning up the hotel and making it safer...it used to be a hotbed of nefarious activates. It is now much calmer and much safer. It was generally very clean but there was still a slight lingering smell of smoke. (the following comment is true of all hotels that have gone for carpet to LVP flooring) The floors were dirty...all hotels with this flooring use what are essentially dust mops with a spray. That does not clean the floor. After the first night there I purchased a mop and some ammonia. I mopped the floors and could then walk around barefooted without the soles of my feet looking like I had been dancing in coal dust.

The stay was good. It was exactly what I needed at that moment.

Great location. Close to shopping. Grounds and room were clean and well maintained. Bed was a little hard, but not bad. Would stay here again

This property is used for apartments by many. People grilling in parking lot, lookouts on the balcony for the businesses they run out of the rooms (girls, drugs), very noisy, room floor dirty, no hairdryer, toilet paper holder ripped out of wall, rack with towels put on wall at a huge slant that towels fall off shelf, towels dirty, odd substance on shower curtain, toilet had pubic hair around it, shower head not very tall (i'm 5'4 and barely fit under it). It had a microwave, 2-burner stove top, mini fridge, TV. King bed seemed clean but sheets/pillows smelled like grease (like a mechanic). There is a large gap around the door, so assume pests can enter. At night people yelling and giving you the uncertainty of any safety. For a $100 a night, I was ripped off. Didn't Motel 6 charge like $39.95 a night...that price I would understand. BUT...PLENTY OF HOT WATER! So there is that. Don't stay unless desperate.

I have to use twenty five characters. I will sum it up by this. Roches in bed under comforter live roaches. Don't cut lights off

Dogs barking nonstop and the management did nothing to stop it. I was in town for business and i got almost no sleep due to the Dogs. Called the office about it multiple times and nothing was done.
