Loved how quiet the rooms were. Staff (except for the guy working the morning of 7/7) were unengaged and unhelpful. Placed used towels outside the room and caught the attention of the housekeeping person working our floor, asked for replacements, and never got them. Reported a truck with no handicap plate or placard parked in a handicap spot, and the person at the desk simply walked away. Asked right at the end of breakfast service for a glass of milk to take meds, and was told "Sorry, we've put it away already." Many broken tiles in the bathroom. Poor maintenance throughout the hotel, such as torn wallpaper by first floor elevator, dings in the elevator doors likely because the electric scooter doesn't fit properly, and doors that slam shut.

Great place to stay! Worth the price for the quality of the room. I actually got more deep sleep that night, than I usually do at home.

Checked in and the toilet would not flush. Called the front desk and was told to call back in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later I had to walk down to the desk and wait to be helped. I was moved to another room. There were holes in the wall and the air conditioner did not cool the room off. To top the night off, I woke up to a roach crawling across my neck.

The room was clean. The first room that they gave us AC did not work. They out us in another room. The second room. The AC would not cool . 73 to 75 degrees at all times. The maintenance man came to fix it 5 or six times. When I complained again the young man said he would send them up again to look at it. I told him they have been up 5 or 6 times. He asked he ugly what do you want me to do. I said can we get another room. He said I don't have one. He called the maintenance man.... Then he called me to tell me he was moving us to another room. The AC did not cool in that home . .... 75 degrees at all times again. Not a good experience at all.

My experience with the front desk staff was also unprofessional. While I was sitting at the bar, my shirt had apparently ridden up. Rather than discreetly approaching me, the front desk employee shouted across the room for me to pull my shirt down. This drew the attention of other guests, who turned to look and began laughing, making the situation unnecessarily embarrassing. I also attempted to order food from the bar but waited approximately 20 minutes without anyone returning from the back to assist me. Other patrons informed me there was only one employee working and preparing food, so I ended up ordering DoorDash instead. When I went to the front desk to retrieve my order, I noticed a roach crawling on the outside of the bag. The same front desk employee simply swatted it away and handed me the order as though nothing had happened. At that point, I no longer felt comfortable eating the meal, as it reinforced my concerns about a possible pest issue at the hotel. My employer regularly books hotels for my work assignments in this area, and I have already requested that I not be placed at this property again.

Housekeeping came into my room DID NOT clean but removed my personal items off the dresser. I found my items in a clear garbage bag down the hall from my room. Due to it being the weekend there was no manager around and still no follow up.

This hotel needs a lot of refurbishing. The breakfast was fine and so was the staff but the bathroom especially had visible cracks etc. we were very disappointed.

The rooms were very clean, but I m used to having carpet on the floor. The floor was cold. I understand carpet replacement is expensive. Overall, very nice stay

Enjoyed my stay it was an easy process. But upon booking, I don’t know if it’s stated there’s a $75 hold and return when checkout I think that needs to be stated somewhere when booking sometimes people travel with just enough money.

I was surprised this hotel was like others more expensive. Spacious lobby and breakfast area. Pretty good size room. Very clean.
