Definitely would not recommend this hotel. I booked for a couple of guys that were working on the area and they had already changed rooms a couple of times before sending me pictures and said they could not stay in those conditions another night. Ants all over floor. Wiring out and the plate cover hanging from the wall. Rust on the bathroom looked awful.

The bartender was amazing. The staff was amazing. The Millie’s were amazing. The room was clean. It was so good. Excellent

I always stay there when I come to South Carolina to visit

I guess you get what you pay for. Really not. You can tell it’s an older hotel that has some minor updates to try to make it look nice. My room had popcorn ceilings, noticeable water damage in the walls and ceiling (bulges in the ceiling), dim lighting, and humid sticky floors. It also smelled like weed. The only good thing I could say is that the location was good in Summerville.

Poor air conditioning.

Ceiling leak... drops of water hitting unit making the continuous drip-drip. Don't get room 300... the ice maker runs loud. And you will hear it all night.

My room was clean, quiet and comfortable, and breakfast was definitely above average.

Air conditioner was extremely loud.

This hotel needs serious upkeep. It was clean, but paint is peeling off the ceiling, and you can tell that things were installed or fixed messily. It was clean as far as I could tell, and the breakfast was really good. I'd stay here again, but it wasn't the nicest for the price.

Everything was good

I Dusliked that the Air Conditioner was not working properly, rooms felt moist due to heat. Microwave was filthy and needed to be upgraded. Mold was seen in bathroom.

The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan and condensation was an issue. Very soft towels:)
