Room is clean and big outside setting needs improvement
-
Newly refurbished room, but door kept sticking and there was a poor seal on it, so there were ants coming in.

The TV didn't work when we first got there and I had to wait till the following day for it to get fixed. The phone didn't work. The room was kind of messy and the property was average. It wasn't great stuff didn't work. It was not great

Premises were unkempt.

The breakfast was good, the service was good, and the room was beautiful. I like the floors

This property leaves a lot to be desired. We stayed one night for a concert at Shoreline with another couple and found people living there. The rooms had mismatched old furniture, no bed skirts and random puddles of water in the room. We woke to loud music. There is plenty of parking and close to the freeway if that helps.

I appreciate how clean the room is. The complimentary personal hygiene products and breakfast are nice touches. I would definitely stay here again!

My wife said that although it is great that the staff can eat breakfast, she wished they would eat it before guests ate because it is very crowded the first hour it was open. We prefer breakfast start at 6 AM on the weekends, not 7:30 AM. Pool was open and was very nice. Stayed two nights. They didn’t restock the coffee cups on the second night. Staff cleans the room nicely. With a family on a budget we are not expecting top tier rooms so we were overall very happy. We didn’t hear any noise from others, very nice.

I loved the proximity to the Shoreline Amphitheater. We stayed before the concert and took an Uber. The traffic was beyond horrible so leave 2 hrs before the concert or you will be stuck on the freeway. We arrived as staff were cleaning the hotel grounds. The pride in their property is evident. Also the restaurant was amazing. Definitely worth the price.

Easy check in and check out, pool is open till 9pm breakfast starts at 7 to 10am. Looks like a good amount of people are permanent residents they all help out each other like a small community, the place is in need of a overhaul, pillows were old, floors were buckling in some places, my wife had slipped on the stairs, one of the steps were a bit off and she slipped, i asked for an ice pack feom one of the staff they told me to go talk to front desk,i reported it to the front desk, and they gave me a small bag filled with ice then wrote down my room number and that was it.

Absolutely filthy grounds apparently the only way they know how to clean anything is to blow. it back-and-forth with a gas blower – the whole place needs a power washing, and they could use a dustpan to scoop up the trash that litter, the planters, stairways, and landings.

Clean room safe environment

nothing

This place is horrible, I definitely do not recommend.
