It had the look of an older property -- with some miles on it. I had to request a room change because the toilet was not sealed well to the floor, and would leak when flushed. Also, the microwave had roaches inside of its inner workings -- which would emerge from its vents periodically. The floor in the bathroom felt dirty -- bedroom slippers seemed necessary. The couch in the living area had old stains on it. Overall, the property did not have an inviting appearance. The property's sidewalks could have used a good scrubbing.

Parking was included; that was nice. My room was clean and spacious but my first set of curtains wouldn’t clothes all the way and it was hard to keep them fully closed. The walls are pretty thin too so I could hear people outside at night and couldn’t fall asleep for a while. Overall a good stay though and I’d stay again.

The stairway /walkway /gallery unclean and a lot of trash at parking lot,

The room had been recently remodeled by an unskilled handyman, there was no breakfast, no ice machine, but the bed was comfortable and it was quiet.

The property was very quiet and close to murphy ave! The front desk is always friendly and nice! One of the maids was rude.. even when we had a late check and was charged for it she kept demanding it was at 11am and they dont do late check outs..

Staff was nice, breakfast was according to expectations and rooms were clean. The only thing I did not like was the automatic lights in the sink area and bathroom. The one in the sink area got triggered every time you turned in bed, we had to cover it up to be able to sleep without light. Not really a necessary feature they added there.

I loved how inexpensive it was to wash my clothes at thw laundromat on site

The door was hard to open as it seemed to be broken. The door let light/sound in all around the frame of the door. It didn't seem secure at all very loose when latched shut (you could shake it back and forth had alot if play - but it didn't open when it was pulled back/forth that was a plus) I did notify the front desk of this. We put pillows down in front of the door to keep some of the light/sound out and to keep the room cool as the air was running. The toilet paper was cheap. The towels were scratchy like they didn't have enough softner or maybe too much bleach/detergent. The pillows were horrible way too soft (im glad we brought our own). From our bathroom you can hear the traffic). The staff was very helpful and nice. The outside area was clean, the room was clean as well. The breakfast consisted of waffles, hard boiled eggs, bread, yogurt, donuts, apple juice, coffee (not good also no creamer). I may come back if I got a different room where the door was more secure. The price and location was right. It had a pool that was very clean. HOPEFULLY THEY FIX THE DOOR ON ROOM 217.

Overall I felt unsafe. The parking spaces next to the room were used for car or truck repair. The bathroom window was broken and could be entered from outside. The TV wasn’t set up correctly. TV was hanging at an angle with random cables were loose. The room clean. The maid entered at 7:30 AM, unannounced. Desk clerk disappeared for 20 minutes. Leaving guests lined up waiting. Very bad front desk etiquette. Holding a phone call on AirPods while checking me in.

Okay.

There is a lot to say about it, but generally it's basically a motel not a 3 star hotel.

Roach in room Outlets poor Parking bad Breakfast incomplete

Excellent place to stay clean and big rooms outside looks a bit dated but rooms and service were good.

The room was huge

Workers were very helpful when I pulled up. Overall, very good stay. The only issue I had was that there were cobwebs and three spiders in the corner of the room. How this got past cleaning, I don't know - especially since the rest of the room was basically spotless. For the price, I recommend.

I also appreciated that my belongings were respected by housekeeping. Even though I had asked not to have the room cleaned because my personal items were spread around, they carefully made the bed and cleaned the bathroom without disturbing my things. Check-out was quick and easy, and I also appreciated that my luggage was stored safely after check-out until I returned later in the day. What I didn’t like was the inconsistency at the front desk. The check-in process felt disorganized because the receptionist assisting me seemed unfamiliar with basic procedures and had to repeatedly ask another staff member for help. I also received almost no information about the hotel during check-in, such as Wi-Fi details, breakfast information, amenities, or check-out policies unless I specifically asked. Another issue was that housekeeping entered and cleaned my suite even after I placed the “Do Not Disturb / No Cleaning” sign on the door and personally requested no service. Although nothing was disturbed and the cleaning itself was excellent, my request should still have been respected.
