Sonesta ES Suites Sunnyvale

Everything in this furnished apartment was great. It's a great deal on the weekend. Breakfast is better than that of typical hotel chains. Only one negative: The hot water in the shower, for some reason, is not stable. The shower water got cold periodically. One day, the hot water is totally gone.

Room was clean, comfortable. Breakfast was just ok food was kind of cold.

Very clean and spacious. Took my dog and there was plenty of dog relieve areas.

The room was amazing! The beds and pillows were comfortable. The suites were really nice! The only bad part was that in the middle of the night, I went to the kitchen to grab water and found a few small water bugs. Nothing big so I did not make a deal out of it, but that really did surprise me. Other than that the stay was great!

The walls were thin and the neighbors were very loud.

Great location close to Caltrain and downtown Sunnyvale. Easy check-in, great amenities, spacious rooms, fantastic breakfast, kind staff, safe neighborhood with excellent parking, quiet grounds, clean pool and hot tub, well stocked kitchen, perfect for a mini-getaway to Sunnyvale!

The property was well kept and staff friendly. The pool and hot tub were awesome! They also had a nice lounge with TVs and board games which was nice. The bbq grills could use a deep cleaning though, it detered my wife and I from grilling. Overall, a great time and experience.

The hotel was better than I expected. Room was clean and well maintained. Kitchen was well stocked. Common areas were neat and clean and the staff were very helpful! It's so nice that they followed up to ensure that everything is alright after you checked in. I would definitely stay here again.

We had to vacate our house for termite tenting. This hotel was close to home. The staff was lovely and they allowed us to bring our cat and our dog. It’s an older hotel but things have been maintained nicely and I definitely appreciated the refrigerator in the room, the breakfast in the morning and the hot tub in the afternoon.

Surprisingly nice stay. We had an issue with a curtain not having the blackout backing but the staff were on top of it and actually fixed it. Only real gripes were that the location was a bit off the beaten path and the pillows weren't great. Everything else was really nice and a great place to spend a week with family on a work trip.
