AC Hotel Fort Lauderdale Sawgrass Mills / Sunrise

Room was clean, perfect for shopping

The only downside with this hotel was that there is no microwave in the room that we stayed at however, there is a Hydration area I guess in every floor where everybody can use one microwave and unlimited ice from the ice dispensing machine. Havent eaten at their restaurant nor tried their bfast. Overall, the convenience when shopping makes it all worthwhile.

Common areas to rooms could have been cleaner and maybe deep mop of room floors and dusting. Surface level cleaning only is done so that's why not rating 5 stars.

Everyone was helpful and the property was clean. It's the perfect place if you want to shop or enjoy the restaurants.

The front desk staff is absolutely amazing. We stay at AC hotel every time that we are in Florida and the staff remembers us and that we are from The Bahamas. Especially the older dark skinned male from the Caribbean, he is so attentive even helping us while we weighted out bags yesterday. It has a great location to the mall obviously, but the front desk staff is the best part of the hotel!

Excellent stay as always, with a prime location to Sawgrass Mills! A real shoppers dream lol Super nice and helpful front desk staff.

The insulation was terrible, I keep hearing the noise from upstairs due to hardwood floor, i wasn’t able to sleep well for the whole business trip.

Would be great to have a pool available at hotel after a long day of shopping.

I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean. The staff was friendly.

Though the rooms could be benefit from extra details when cleaning, it was nothing a quick wipe down with a Clorox wipe could fix. The hotel smells so good. The beds where comfortable. The location has a lot to do around it. After coming from a nightmare hotel this was like heavens gates opening! Would definitely stay again!

A wonderful experience.

The room booked was for 2 beds and only 1 bed and a couch was given at check becasue hotel overbooked, it’s absurd how can they manage to not honor type of room booked by guests. Offered free breakfast for 4 to compensate but breaksfast was so bad you can’t eat good breakfast, not a hot breakfast, very disappointing for the brand, will not stay again for the price paid.
