I liked the location and the friendly check-in staff. The small lobby was very comfortable with a 24hr coffee station and a well-stocked tourist information corner. Breakfast was included. The tub and the bathroom floor should have looked cleaner.

Pay the extra $20 bucks at Courtyard Marriot weston. This hotel needs plenty of updating and cleaning. Hotel had a rug powered smell throughout, weight room not open. TV was blurry and on its way out with only the most basic channel choices. 2.5 star at best!

They have a good personal front desk.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times due to trips to Cleveland Clinic. The staff is very nice, especially Gladys who is the front desk receptionist. She goes out of her way to be helpful and I give her 10 stars.

Carpets stink, everything is old and nothing like the pictures. Horrible experience!

The manager Tequila was excellent in accommodating us for two room that where on bad shape and changing rooms. The beds were comfortable. The value was not bad Hotel needs updating. The rooms should be inspected from time to time. Both rooms had leaks. One had mold. Stains on carpets in both rooms. Not very appealing had to change rooms midnight.

I was disappointed with my recent stay. Upon arrival, the room was noticeable dusty, and the bed sheets felt damp and wet due to the high humidity in the room. This property definitely needs to install dehumidifiers to make the guest rooms comfortable and dry. I hope management addresses the ventilation and cleaning standards soon.

I was charged a $50 deposit, but it has still not been refunded. I contacted the property through Booking.com to ask why the deposit had not been returned, but I have not received any response. Nothing was damaged or taken from the room, and there was no issue during our stay. I find it very disappointing that the deposit has not been refunded and that I have not even been given an explanation. I would appreciate it if you could clarify the reason for withholding the deposit and arrange the refund as soon as possible.
