Great hotel. Was comfortable and gym had the basics. Was a good stay.

The rooms were clean the bed was a little too soft for my liking but it wasn’t bad. The rooms can use a little updating and deep cleaning. The room had a little odor maybe from the carpet or drapes but it wasn’t horrible. Overall the stay was good

El hotel es muy bonito y clásico. Está muy bien localizado. Tiene estacionamiento sin costo y bajo techo. Cerca a restaurantes y el Sawgrass Mall. Personal amable. Lo que le falta es un poco de mantenimiento y modernización.

​Overall, I had a good stay (4/5 stars). The location is extremely convenient, making getting around effortless. My room was very clean and well-maintained, which is always my top priority. ​My main critique is the lighting inside the room. It was quite dim, which made it frustratingly difficult to get work done in the evening. If you're traveling for business and need a well-lit desk space, keep this in mind. Otherwise, it’s a solid, reliable choice with great service.

Also the refrigerator was not able to close properly but we couldn't be bothered to ask for a change because of the hassle.

We always stay at this property when we visit the arena and are never disappointed. Staff is always friendly and extremely helpful!

Se lo hice saber al concierge y dijo que si, que esa habitacion tiene ese problema. Eso fue todo, ni un a disculpa, ni un veremos que hacer, nada. Simplemente sabia y eso era todo. Siempre el servicio del front desk cuando esta Patrick es un 100, esta vez Patrick no estaba, habia personal nuevo, sumamente desmotivado y sin interes por dar servicio al cliente. Espero tomen medidas inmediatas.

Hotel is conveniently located. Rooms really need to be updated. Service at front desk can improve.

The room was for 4 people but the sofabed was extremely uncomfortable to sleep in . The couch looks old and dirty, and was also uncomfortable for even sitting down. It should not be advertised for 4 people. Definitely will not book again

The room was clean and all the staff were friendly. What made the trip enjoyable was the close location to all the shopping and restaurants.

Conveniently located near popular shopping spots. Five to ten minutes drive to Sawgrass Mills, Walmart Supercenter, Ross,Publix, etc.
