Very good

Upon checking in, I was not offered the complimentary cookie that is typically associated with the Hilton brand. The property itself appears dated and is in need of significant upgrades. The lighting in the room was also very poor, making the room feel dark and uncomfortable. Housekeeping was another concern. During my stay, the beds were made, but the sheets were not changed. The towels provided were also extremely worn and appeared to be well past their useful life. Some of them were so rough and worn that they seemed more suitable for use as cleaning rags than guest towels. I was also disappointed with the condition of the microwave in the room. It appeared that a malfunctioning unit had knowingly been left for guests to use. As soon as I plugged it in, it immediately started running, but it never heated anything. I contacted the hotel for assistance, and a maintenance employee came to troubleshoot the microwave. After examining it, he said he would return. I ultimately had to ask him to remove the malfunctioning microwave from the room. On a positive note, I felt safe throughout my stay, and the hotel's location was very convenient and close to all of the places I needed to visit. Overall, while the location and sense of security were positives, the condition of the property, housekeeping standards, room amenities, and level o

Good

We stayed for a whole week. It was my honey moon and due to the high noice caused by the remodelling we could'nt sleep well.

Very comfortable beds. Breakfast is fabulous.

Bad

The close proximity to the mall and restaurants.Pillows were comfy. Staff was very courteous. The furniture was dated, the shower curtains are too short each time you showered there would be water on the floor and the bathroom fan ran constantly

It was a great stay needed a mall shuttle even if it's just to the mall Walmart close.by stores that would be great. This was my reason for staying but it's still too far to walk. Having the shuttle would make it more competitive with the AC hotel which is just steps away from the mall. Besides this the front desk agent allowed us to get a room just as it became available this was amazing and totally appreciated. My bed was made because I left a blanket on my bed and didn't expect that other than that it was good.

love the cookies. Very convenient to the mall and Amarant Bank Arena.

Front desk staff was very friendly and attentive.

Clean dry professional
