The ac in 232 needs cleaning, the towels left in the room had holes

There was a roach

1 star hotel and the only reason they even get 1 star is because they allowed pets. I checked in at 3:30pm July 4th. I went out came back after a few hours and my keycard didn’t work. After getting a new keycard I was able to get in the room to check on my pet. As I’m outside walking my pet a couple approaches me and say sorry about that. I asked what they were talking about and they said you are in room 308 right? I asked how they knew and they said they got assigned the same room and they recognized my pet from the room. When I went to get the keycard because the door wasn’t working they didn’t tell me they allowed someone to access my room. Good thing the people they assigned the room didn’t steal my stuff. Also the hallways are dirty and trash all over parking lot and roaches in room.

I would give this a zero if I could this is worst place ever OMG!! First off, as soon as you walk in, the hotel feels moist it's so weird. Then there's one elevator in the whole building and it takes forever to go up and down. WORST PART the inspection is TWO YEARS PAST EXPIRATION!! The room is also just ughh. As the AC cools the room, everything feels moister, the door doesn't have a top lock, and the fridge is so rusted. The bedsheets had stains AND THE WORST PART OF ALLLLL OF THIS WAS THE BUG ON THE BED AS I WAS FALLING ASLEEPPP!!! I AM BEYONNDDD DISAPPOINTED AND AGGRIVATED!! Will never be returning here or any other la quinta or wyndham hotels. I was already having a bad trip and this was the worst way to end it ughh.

absolutely filthy, for the cost i didn’t expect such filth.

Hair dryer was broken after the pouring rain. Light didn’t turn on unless you smashed it like bowser in Mario. Ceiling was moldy beyond your wildest imagination. Mystery stains on the lamps and walls. Toilet kept burping at me. For $200 If I could give negative starts I would.

Our experience at the La Quinta in Sunrise, Florida, was very different from what we expected. Unfortunately, we found roaches in our room, and there was visible mold in the bathroom, likely due to moisture and humidity from the shower area. The complimentary breakfast options were limited to cereal, eggs, and bagels; however, I did not feel comfortable eating there. While we did feel safe during our stay, the overall condition and quality of the hotel did not match the price we paid. There is definitely room for improvement.

The staff were very friendly and a perfect location! The only 2 things that I noticed were that the hallways did have a stale cigarette odor. Our room did not! There weren’t any hotel staff that came around each day to give you extra towels or soaps.

Lamps, walls, doors all had stains. Fridge door was rusted. Bathroom door had jagged botton Edge. Even the do not disturb sign was filthy. I hated to touch it and needed to wash my hands after doing so. Hair on bath walls.

Umm you get what you pay for. It was not the cleanest or up to date hotel. Room smelled like mold and pee. Couch was extremely dirty with dirt marks. Sheets were dirty. Just wouldn’t recommend
