La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Sunrise

My stay there was it good for the exception of the complimentary breakfast every morning more things needed to be added to the menu.

The room was clean but I found someone else’s eyelashes under a pillow. The baseboards and floors look like there’s water damage. I did feel safe there and would go back but it starting to look a little ran down.

The room was dirty I checked out the next day. They wouldn’t move me or do anything

Quiet as always no disturbance, staff was amazing as always, the rooms were wonderful,the parking was easy and the air conditioning was colllllld.

Never go back ever

Generally the staff were pleasant. A “strong” smell hits the nose when you enter the lobby, an apparent attempt to probably mask smoke odor. However, hotel was clean. The decor could use some upgrading.

Very nasty hotel. I would stay far away. The only good thing about this place was the ac.

My stay was pretty enjoyable. The room was comfortable and had just about everything you’d need for a short trip like mine. No complaints other than the breakfast was a bit lackluster. Booked mostly for the fact that it had free breakfast but still ended up going out and buying breakfast 4/6 of my days there. Very nice place though, definitely recommend.

The internet was off for 6 days but other than that it was ok

When we arrived, we turned the air down trying to cool off the room. My daughter was sweating so bad, she went to shower. After about an hour the room was not cooling off very much, water was all under the air conditioner, my family started itching and had weps coming up. Went to front counter and they said they would only credit us for one night instead of the two nights, due to us being there for an hour.

Staff is above and beyond the front desk is always accommodating

No complaints the gentleman that checked me in was very friendly and helpful

Very old and dirty

My room was exceptionally clean and the staff I encountered at the front desk were nice and helpful. However, there were many things that require updating. In my room the exhaust fan made a terrible noise as did the shower when turned on. The exhaust fan was covered in visible dust that was hanging down. The trim in the hallways were literally hanging by a nail in places on my floor. For the price per night and normal standards of La Quinta, I was very disappointed and more than likely would not stay here again.

My daughter and my 16-year-old granddaughter was seeing a concert at the American Theatre. I have a mile away so I chose this hotel because it was the closest. I’m attaching a video there was a cockroach on the wall when they got into the room the air conditioner in the room made a loud noise that you can hear in the video. The carpet was nasty and the room smelled like mold this was unacceptable.

The rooms were cleaned every 4 days. The rugs were dirty. The tub was peeling. Breakfast was good. Parking was good

The room had an oder, staff was unhelpful and attitude was very rude. Halls smelt very musty and was unclean. One worker only for the entire hotel. Never coming back here again. Air conditioning wasn’t working properly in my room and halls smell of weed.
