Friendly staff , clean, great location close to everything N/a

Everything was excellent.

Location was good for our purposes. First room we were given smelled musty and wet. In 2nd room: toilet wouldn’t flush (we had to fix it), handle on shower was held on by a screw far too long and not appropriate for the purpose. It stuck out a full inch and was a danger to cut someone. Also, the shower head was broken and was stuck on a full-blast spray.

I didn’t give a good rating because I wasn’t told I would be charged for departing my stay early. I don’t like the fee.

Cleanliness The bed wasn’t comfortable. In the morning my back was hurting

Pool was broken, when they sent me to my 1st room the room had not been tended to prior to my arrival, they did get me another room however!

Easy location The man at the front desk said they ran out of toilet paper, coffee creamer, bowls and knifes at breakfast (with waffles), etc. He was incompetent.

refridge did not work. Could not get my sheets changed when my grand daighter bleed on them. Elevator had expiration date. directions to my room was wrong, room was in the other direction. the breakfast staff was rude. I asked if we could move the trash to an open area, so we could see it, not behind the customers. she said No it has always been there so it needs to stay there! Front desk staff was polite.

Elevator was 6 months past inspection. Still waiting for my deposit return almost a month later.

Great and friendly staff, spacious and quiet rooms, wonderful continental, breakfast, and spacious indoor pool. We brought our daughter for her 10th birthday along with three of her friends. This is the perfect place to stay to have easy access to the Mall of Georgia. The hotel was perfect for the girls and they loved the indoor pool.

Clean I liked everything

Location for where I need to be TV channel had 10 channels are less you can hear everything upstairs from the walking to the talking. You can hear everything next door like thin walls.not to much sleep until they went to sleep or stop talking

Clean. Fair breakfast. Beds too soft. TV reception poor.

Staff was outstanding. The bed was comfortable No coffee creamer at the coffee station. Probably an oversight.

All are well except improvements needed in Breakfast area. I came for Breakfast at 9:15 AM and couple of items were just empty dishes. Five minutes later came very small batch of scrambled eggs. Waffle self-prepare area was not clean to put the glass down to fill dough/mix.
