Room smells bad uncomfortable

Excellent customer service!!

The staff was amazing the property was clean. The room was clean. But being a Marriott property, I would think that it would be up-to-date.

From desk staff was Payton was great breakfast was not so great waffles, folded eggs with liquid cheese, turkey & pork sausage,coffee, bagel and cereal but I guess something is better than nothing.

Elevator was broken, ice machine was broken, room's AC was broken, front desk agent tried to charge me for the room again upon check-in and wouldn't give me the room key at first.

Want to stay again...

Very clean , good breakfast, friendly staff

Enjoyed our stay. Staff was very helpful. Our original room didn’t have air conditioning that worked. They put us in a new room as soon as we told them. Breakfast was good and it was convenient to the area we needed to be.

As soon as you walk in, smell (it is not stanky stanky but hard to describe smells like very old fabric you can find from old granny or grampa lives alone) I have been using here three years in a row... but probably this is my last time visiting here. stained bed, odor ) but water was good (hot water good)

Great stay, very clean and extremely nice staff, only stayed a night but it was great

Stank and musty, smelled like mold. Appears to be a leak in the hallway. Shouldn't be renting those rooms on 1st floor.

Everything we needed; staff was friendly, and hotel was very well appointed with amenities. For this price, I didn't know how they could have done better.

Disappointing

Everything was excellent.

Location was good for our purposes. First room we were given smelled musty and wet. In 2nd room: toilet wouldn’t flush (we had to fix it), handle on shower was held on by a screw far too long and not appropriate for the purpose. It stuck out a full inch and was a danger to cut someone. Also, the shower head was broken and was stuck on a full-blast spray.

I didn’t give a good rating because I wasn’t told I would be charged for departing my stay early. I don’t like the fee.
