Rooms are nice and clean

Asked to speak to the manager several times and never returned my call. I had some major travel issues. Expedia also tried to correspond with him on my behalf, no response.

We had a decent one-night stay at this local hotel. The room was clean and breakfast was filling. However, when booking online make sure you tell them that and don't plan on getting a receipt. Keep track of your fees using the booking site/app.

An average place. I booked with Suburban Studios and got a second floor room. As this hotel also books guests as Quality Inn (they use separate computers), I am guessing they get first floor accommodations.

Place was clean and no issues with the room. They had a very strict policy for check in. I got there at 245 and was told to wait till 300. This wasn’t the issue, but a line quickly formed so the staff had very little time. Didn’t let me know if there was WiFi, or when and where breakfast was. Had no idea if the lounge was open or what time. Felt very rushed due to the strict check ups n. The staff was rushed due to the queue so no all on them.

A decent place to stay if you need a spot to just lay your head.

It was not clean therefore it was not comfortable the room that I had last time I stayed I was very comfortable no problem I knew was gone with that staff was not very helpful

Security deposit takes forever to be refunded when using Cash App. I recommend paying for room and deposit in cash if possible

Nothing Cockroach was crawling in the bathroom and from the refrigerator

The room was stale..everything was old..mold in the ceiling..everything need to be replaced..no iron or ironing board had to purchase one

I didn’t like anything about the property, it was run down outdated and smelled. I was in town for the R&B tour and didn’t want to drive 2 hours back home that night. Checked in at 3pm left for the concert at 5pm, returned back at 2:15am to the room. While eating dinner a huge roach was crawling on the wall & we left immediately. I want my money back, but it seems like it going to be hard to get a refund. DO NOT BOOK HERE! The huge roach

I didn’t Dirty roaches rooms not completed . Cheaply put together . Dirty bed covers , flooring not done . I never even stayed the night we drove home . And have pics of room and issues .

This property is not well maintained. It is dirty.

I booked a room with kitchenette . Firstly they gave a room with no kitchenette . I reported it to the manager and told me that yes because we have no kitchenette rooms available. Didn't tell me anything. I purchased hundreds of dollars of food for this

Upon checking in, we were greeted by several men sitting on the floor on both sides of the very long hallway. It gave me homeless shelter vibes. I counted at least 6 people sitting in the hallway. This should not be allowed. It was very creepy and unacceptable! No hotel should allow this. I didn't want to leave my wife alone to get water, snacks, etc.. It's a shame because the room itself was decent. Overall, a very bad experience.

My stay was not very good due to what I believe are long term rentals. A group of men staying in the room across the hall constantly for hours were slamming the door about every 2 minutes. Fighting inside the room etc. Breakfast was minimal to say the least, but at least it was something. Overall I'll give this stay a 3 out of a possible 10.

Location. No smoke detector, dirty shower, holes around receptacles and I saw a roach. Will not stay again. I will spend the 25.00 extra a night to stay in a better place.
