Place is mold infested, the tub was filthy and gritty the shower handle hung from the wall and a/c dripped all night that you had a puddle next to the bed. Me and my daughter woke up stuffy. Canceled second night that morning still waiting on credit

The room was damp, sheets not clean, staff unresponsive to another guest, and unclear about instructions for checking out.

This is a case where the name doesn't always meet expectations. I had to empty the dehumidifier multiple times during the stay. There were stains on the bedding, individual shampoo bottles weren't full (potentially used), outer window was broken and the room wasn't as clean as expected. Breakfast was underwhelming. Staff was friendly. Location was great for what we needed.

On line this hotel looks nice and they are, but many issues on my stay. The rooms and sheets were very stinky, beds were made very poorly with bulges of the sheets at the bottom of the bed, rooms were a bit dirty when you look up close (saw splashes of water, toothpaste or something all over the mirror by the sink), toilets were super short and hurt my semi bad knees to sit on, my AC unit was so extremely loud, I called the front dest to tell them but there was nothing they could do about it, "maintenance wasn't due to come in until next day in the morning" and I called around 5-6 PM, I was unable to sleep due to this (too loud and if I turned it off it got too hot), there was zero parking spaces and I had to park at the restaurant next door. Definitely won't be staying here ever again.

Location. The pool was pretty.

They put me in a "premium room" for 10 dollars more. When my family and I got into the room we knew we were in for a terrible night of uncomfortable sleep. There was a mildew smell and also a smell like people had smoked in room before. The bathroom was worse! The bottom water spout in tub was coming off the wall. The pressure was terrible. The toilet seat had burnt spots all over it. We used our own pillowcases and sheets because of how the room looked. We left at 6am. We did not want to spend anymore time than we had to. Didn't do breakfast because the room was telling enough. We just stopped for sleep after leaving our daughter to college. Most places were booked. I recommend spending the extra 100 for a better hotel. This place looks like they rent rooms by the hour when not in season. Sleeping in your car is better!!

The toilet was leaky the TV did not work at all. Convenient to downtown. Complimentary breakfast is very bare

Breakfast was basic,bed was rattled, toilet was really low and water level high,hard to stay out of water...lol,staff was accommodating, pool well maintained, quiet night,with some traffic noise.close to waffle House.

The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The pictures did not meet the expectation of reality. The facility is older and run down. The pictures are not updated to current conditions. Shower faucet was loose and barely worked. Tub was old and stained. Fixtures were rusted. Air conditioning unit worked but had loose and broken vent panels.

The room was very unkempt and not cleaned properly… needed a lot of detail to attention… but everyone’s idea of clean is different.. Staff was o really didn’t see anyone.. breakfast was definitely not as expected.. parking was very limited. I brought the attention to one of the staff that there was a broken glass bottle in a parking spot and he wasn’t concerned.. but in all l would not recommend the hotel.. but to each is own…….

Good for the stay no complaints clean shower pressure for hot could be better but overall no complaints fr but they charge for small Things like hand towels so just bring ur own ofc which i did

Whenever I booked the room for one night, I got charged the extra nine dollars for the protection state and when I contacted the company that said is the insurance company they blamed you on Expedia I’m gonna try to contact Expedia. Their site would never go nowhere so I got charged nine extra dollars just because of for whatever reason I don’t know it wasn’t on there whenever I chose the payment part and then the phone didn’t work. I also requested late check out at 12 and they give me a hard time about that and the breakfast was nothing a few bagels and some coffee. Ask the lady about a phone. They have to send a maintenance people there by time they get there you’ll be out I mean be time to go. I wouldn’t recommend it them or Expedia or the insurance company that basically just extort you steals nine dollars from you and then blame the other guys because you can’t get a refund.

I booked this place for only one night sleep arrived @11 pm and left 8 am the following morning. The bed sheets were stain in both beds . The room smelled horrible. The ac did not work and sounded like it was gonna blow . I requested to the manager in service to change rooms and he said they were booked . I do not usually take time to leave reviews but I really think the hotel management needs to do a better job. I am very relax person and taking my time to leave this review because I believe it was totally disrespectful to deliver a room like this to a guest and after that the manager basically did not do a thing .

Room was NOT as shown in the pictures when booking. The shower was disgusting and the shower head was about the size of a quarter with 0 water pressure. My feet were BLACK after walking barefoot around the room. Definitely don’t recommend, even for one night like I did.

Parking easy, but the cleanness could be way better. The towels were spotty the refrigerator smell spotty. Everything was plugged out the Internet weak so you have to pay for additional Wi-Fi never stick around for breakfast, but I have one incident where my key didn’t work as soon as I stepped out the room. I just to sleep and go about my day. But still wouldn’t do it, but location is perfect right next to the highway.

We were here only to sleep and go but if we were to stay longer then the property should be better maintained. We had plumbing issues and I would not stay longer. The staff however was very accommodating even though the hour we arrived was late. My rating is not based off the staff. Its based off of the state of the room I was in.
