It was very dirty. The pillows are half pillows. Broken mirror. Unpleasant experience!

The cleanness Nothing

Served as an AC, didn’t realized the smell until I decided to shut it off because it was too cold. The bathroom walls were a bit dirty, and there was dirt coming from around the bathroom sink rim. The breakfast was good overall, scrumbled eggs that look and tasted real , boiled eggs, fruit, juices, bagels and, good coffee, the stuff periodically cleaning the dinning area, they were also very friendly and helpful. I overall I like my stays to feel clean, so I will definitely not stay there again. The best thing was the staff, kuddos to them.

Room was dirty, the carpet smells like dog pee pee. Horrible experience.

Bed was very comfortable and plenty of pillows. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was average. Location was hard to find. I arrived during a downpour and entrance was wet and towels on floor to absorb water. No “Wet Floor” signs. Breakfast coffee from dining area was awful. I didn’t like paying a $100 deposit- I’m 70 years old and don’t trash rooms or steal towels. I reserved a disability access room specifically for a bathtub with seat. Guess what? No seat in bathtub. Hallways needed vacuuming.

Unforrunately the photos don't match the actual property. Our room had a special kind of stench to it. The shower stall, which was wheel chair accessible, had a Crack on the floor and it felt like if you pit your dull weight on it you would gonstraigh through. The sink was slow draining. It was so slow that you had to stop brushing your teeth midway to wait for the water in it to drain. Skip this one. Go to La Quinta, about 2 miles down the road.

The complimentary breakfast was just as disappointing. The waffle maker and toaster were not working, there was no juice or coffee available, and the overall breakfast experience was poorly maintained. The staff was polite, but they did not seem to be addressing the many issues throughout the property. Overall, the hotel lacked cleanliness and proper maintenance, making for a very unpleasant stay. We will not be returning.

Having breakfast was a great bonus to start the day.

Nothing.. Rusted bathroom. Far from the downtown. Breakfast without real coffee. Thin walls, lots of noise. Wasn’t even cheap. “Park at your own risk” sign at the parking lot says a lot. Loud air conditioning and loud dehumidifier.

The coffee and hot water machine was broken so unfortunately no one go get anything hot to drink

The room could be better. The shower water wouldn’t get hot and bathroom filled with water as you use it. The draining was slow in sink as well as shower

The front desk representative (Janmesh) was extremely polite, professional and very helpful. He went out of his way to provide me with all of my business needs. I would stay there again!
