Wonderful staff and I recommend staying here

Everything was good, but they have you pay a $50 deposit up front and wont refund it for 6-10 business days. This, of course, was not explained at the desk. I had to call them and ask about the refund, where I then learned about it. I was told that I would receive the refund after I checked out at the desk.

Ac not working good,

clean decent rooms. helpful and attentive staff. a little high priced for what you get. rooms are very basic. complimentary breakfast is very basic. expected a little more for the room rate. super 8, motel 6, la quinta hotels in the area appeared to be about the same level as this hotel but about half the room rate.

It was ok. I think they could do somethings to improve the overall experience.

Room smelled like it had been smoked in, and then had the walls painted to try to hide it. Lots of noticeable rust throughout the bathroom. Paint chipped all around the hotel… Just looked dirty. The entire lobby and elevator smelled like weed that someone that tried to cover it up with air freshener. Very thin walls. Could hear my neighbors throughout the night. Couldn’t get the air conditioner to cool past 70°… Despite trying to set it down closer to 60. Not worth it.

Great location to visit colleges!

I think they are trying to be a boutique hotel but the hotel was not very clean from the elevator to the room. This hotel needed a deep cleaning everywhere. Not a microwave in the breakfast area, How are you supposed to cook your oatmeal?

The hotel was clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast every morning had a good variety of food, both hot and cold. Staff was very courteous and friendly. I would stay there again.

Stay was average. Staff was friendly and helpful. Negative issue: Booking was for 7 days. I checked out 1 day early (My business there was completed ) what the hotel will not refund the charge for my last day that I didn't use. Something about "company policy". I'm not too happy about that obviously.

Everything was great this is my 2nd time staying but the breakfast is lacking, but paying the low cost can’t expect a top notch breakfast

This property needs a major makeover. It’s more humid inside than outside. So there’s mold right above the headboard in multiple if not all rooms. My room was not clean to my liking when i arrived but after seeing my friends room i realized that is their standard of cleaning. Breakfast sucks not many options. The ice machine was down so they had a communal ice bin on the floor for everyone to use. It was gross. Just ice….in a trash bag….in a box…..on the floor. No scoop provided so I’m sure people just used their hands to grab the ice. The ice room wasn’t even clean. The place was a mess during arrival so i should’ve known everything would go downhill.
