The location was ok , not too far for where I need it to go . Extremely expensive . Old rooms the bathroom was very clean . Not very comfortable beds .The housekeeping person was in a hurry to get in the room to clean . She knocked one at 10:30 and open the door . The check out is at 11 not before .

The outside looked like a demilitarized zone although the inside (the actual room) was well-maintained and clean. VERY Noisey. There are no "amenities".

Nothing The lock on the door did not work, and would only completely close when the jam door was locked. The mini fridge was completely filthy, with some brown color dripping from it. The cushions on the chairs were gross and filthy. The sheets looked like they had not been changed. There were bugs in the tub, so we didn't even shower there. People across the street were blaring music, and the walls were so thin, we could hear it all night. We got in around 1:38 am and we were exhausted after driving a U-Haul van across from Jacksonville and the front desk person did not care of the complaints, he was not willing to accommodate us at all. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE. It is in a shady side of town. I was scared.

I explained that the system booked me for a different day by mistake. I still stayed the first time because I was tired, but that does not mean I should be charged again for a service I did not use. I am currently in Georgia, so there is no way I used the second booking. Please review this again and process my refund.
