Our first room we had No hot water. The next room the water was a tad better but the tv did not work. Asked for new one and they never brought one. Had to ask for clean towels almost every . The pool was also closed. We were there for an entire week. We did not stay for second week found a better place.

This place is a dump. Total YUCK. When I checked in they claimed I booked a smoking room...I did not and in order to get it changed to a non smoking room they charged an additional $50. Do NOT book here unless you have no issues with zero cleanliness and sketchy parking lot and surroundings. We ended up leaving soon after check in, losing our monies and went to another hotel. Trust this review and do not book.

The room was huge…cool layout with the bedroom up in a loft. The usual bathroom items were really sparse (only one towel and one hand towel per bathroom…no wash cloths). Only a small bar of soap…no shampoo, lotion, etc. Several outlets didn’t work making charging phones interesting. My biggest issue was all the people hanging out in the stairs smoking…. It comes right in the AC so we ended up smelling like cigarettes. 😷

A little hard to find but a very pleasant place to stay once I did.

The smell of mildew was very heavy from the first day AC was so dirty it's barely functional. Not to mention the door never shut securely and you could see completely around the whole door. Sheets never got changed the whole 3 weeks we were there. Never picked up dirty towels and replaced with clean. Never cleaned the room we did our own cleaning just so we could be comfortable and my cats whom are indoor only cats now have flees!!!!

The staff was great. Unfortunately the property wasn't. It's literally a roach motel. It's infested. And there are millions of gnats and flies hovering around your doors, just waiting for an opportunity to fly in. Couldn't get comfortable. Roaches craving on the bed and headboards as well as everywhere else. Didn't want to cook or eat in there. Throwing my things away, because they were in everything, everywhere. Ij don't do roaches, and I'm afraid roaches may be in my stuff and trying to travel with me. Even stopped taking showers, and resorted to washing up in the bathroom sink, becauss there were roaches in the tub. No.

Kitchenette could use a hot plate and the toaster was not usable.
