Very upset because on the 3rd night there I was locked out of my room with all of my belongings, food and drinks with the inability to access my room until after 10am the next day. Though I was given another room it was very inconvenient because I needed access to my work computer and my food. I had to spend more money in order to eat and miss out on hours of work because of this.

There were cracks in the bathroom ceiling near the fan. There’s a crack in the sink. There was nasty stuff by the faucet. There was no closet. The included breakfast that the hotel offered was limited yogurt, muffins, and water. The coffee near the front entrance was stale. I was charged a $30 fee for early check in. Room keys didn’t work consistently, and had to be replaced. The gym had a bike that was nearly falling apart and speared to be a hazard. My parents had a separate room which smelled especially musty when we first entered it. Their room had a broken bathroom pocket door. My Aunt was also charged a $30 early check in fee. Overall, this place deserves a rating of 0. It was not a pleasant stay, and forced all to endure this while attempting to enjoy our Son/Grandson/Nephew’s College graduation. This is my 2nd stay at a Wyndham owned hotel in my 53 years of life, with the first being approximately 9 years ago. This reminded me why I haven’t returned here. I won’t be staying at a Wyndham owned property again.

Yes to ice container but no cups. Total no “do not disturb sign” disregard by maid knocking 10:30 am for leaving before 11:00 am.

I think they're trying to conserve electricity but it makes it very uncomfortable. Won't stay here again.

The 1st room 225 had a nasty orda. Was moved to another room after the desk attendant was nasty to me. The young lady after was nice and apologize. Was moved to another room and their was no soap they said they ran out. Give us shampoo. The shower was cold and the room was warm ac didn't work properly. Wife and I was extremely tired didn't even bother to complain. Got some rest and hit the road.. didn't even stay over night.

The room was nasty and when I spoke to front desk about they over looked my concerns also, the beginning to have an attitude about my uncomfortable stay. I will never book again. The room was unclean staff was rude.

Sheets had blood stains on them. The blue sheets had brown stains and spills on them. When asking the staff to help with accommodate after showing evidence. They responded unprofessionally. When asked if they would sleep on those sheets themselves there were crickets. Housekeeper didn’t respond to the request and didn’t change any sheets. Please make sure you inspect your room and linens and take pictures. Will not stay there again. Just unprofessional.

It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It was extremely dirty and very unpleasant. The ceiling was in terrible condition; the key cards didn't work; the room was so damp and moldy that the paint was peeling; the toilet still had traces left by the previous guest; and the sheets and towels were dirty. I asked to change rooms, but I had to wait behind other guests who were also complaining about how awful the hotel was. I requested a refund, but they refused; they didn't care that all their rooms were a disaster. (I visited three rooms, and all were extremely filthy.) In the end, I had to stay there for the sake of my grandparents. The next morning, I went for breakfast, but there was only coffee; they don't offer breakfast service here. Also, beware of the allergies these places can trigger—places that shouldn't even be operating given their state of severe disrepair. My wife developed a terrible allergic reaction on her arms. Honestly, Holiday Inn is the worst place to stay; I hadn't been here in over five years, but the exterior deceived us. They claim to be a convention center, but a campsite would be better than this.

I rented this room after reading the reviews which I now believe are fake. The room was dirty looked like blood dripped down curtain electric outlet had no cover the freezer in the mini fridge needed defrosting though I wouldn’t put anything in it since it was also dirty. The bed skirt was stained/dirty and the ac had water and mold forming around the window. Check in was annoying since the people working at the desk had no clue. I got the feeling this huge what used to be a very nice hotel needs to close its doors If they want to be a place for the unhoused they need to bring down the price if not bring up your standards. Take my word for this. I have stayed in a lot of hotels DO NOT STAY HERE!!

They have low prices online when you get there they will try to up sell you If not, they will put you in the outside building very old and nasty. The whole place temperature I think at 80 or 81 you will sweat breakfast what breakfast do not pay attention to that.

Nothing I RESERVED a deluxe queen double room on the bottom floor because my mother is on oxygen and they gave me outside top floor full beds they the colored gentleman had a very bad attitude and the Indian gentleman was talking crap behind the desk as we were walking away and then to top off the cake another group checking in behind up was just then paying for a room and they got a deluxe double king room on the bottom floor inside. So I think the workers there were racist and needs better training

That u cant get in the pool

Not much to like. Advertising breakfast but was a bottle of water and granola bar. That is a snack not breakfast. Room was very dirty. When trying to check out I had to wait 20 min for someone to come to the desk. Which was unattended most of the time.

I was moved from one room because their wasn't a a/c unit I was moved to another room and it wasn't clean at all. We wanted to enjoy the pool and was told it was closed. The next morning we waited 20 minutes before someone came and opened it. We ask for pool towels that we never received. Last but not least it took awhile to return my cash deposit. Very dissatisfied!

Bien .. solo mejorar el desayuno

Outdated facility. There was no daily housekeeping provided to us. Even though we booked a room for 4, only 2 towels were given and we had to ask for more and exchange used ones. There was no breakfast. We were not told at checkin that there would be none. When we asked if there would be breakfast the second day, they said the guy that makes breakfast was not here and today and won't be here tomorrow either. I shouldn't have to ask, they need to plan for those occasions and especially make guests aware none the least. Though the beds were comfortable, the sheets had weird spots or stains. Even if they were clean it looked unclean with multiple patches on the bed sheet.

There was an additional $100 fee. I had to pay upon arrival. Also I be paid cash but the hotel staff said it works not be refunded because of makeup and hair I l left on a pillowcase. This was not excessive and the pillowcase could have been easily washed with our taking my$100 deposit. I even offered to return to was it myself. There was no breakfast it we ms provided. I was told they didn't have any more muffins. So breakfasts was not put out
