Red Roof Inn Tallahassee - University

For some reason after staying at this property for two weeks minimum, I was asked to not renew my check-in or basically told that I was not allowed to check back in after being walked to the room by the gentleman from the front office and shown around the room, he himself agreed that he could not understand why I was told. I was not able to be checked back yet. Nothing was damaged. Nothing was missing and there had been no complaints about me so ultimately this was for no reason and I’m pissed about it.

Things happen but how you manage it to me means more than anything.

Up to recently, I used to frequent this property for my husband myself. There are two front desk agents that are stellar they both I believe our West Indian, i.e. Jamaican. I’m just saying that so that you can pinpoint them. They should be given. Kudos accolades amongst other things for the work that they do every day that being said there was another gentleman who seemed to be of Indian decent. He was very very short, very rude he is the one that ultimately told me that I was banned did not provide a reason when we danced the room. There was no sign to give any indication as to why I was told that I could not come Back. Red Roof has lost my money. They’ve lost my kudos and I will spread the word.

Rooms had mold in bed. Property looks scary and is filled with people who lives there just hanging out. THIS PLACE I CHOSE NOT TO STAY. I LEFT AFTER GOING TO 2ND ROOM IN WHICH DOOR COULDN’T LOCK AND ANYONE CAN JUST WALK IN BY A PUSH!! RUN!!!

Every time I physically go to this establishment with the exception of the last, it’s always a place and experience

This had to be one of the best hotel brands I’ve ever stayed at.

When I checked in the water had been shut off for several hours. I was not informed of that and when I figured it out I called the front desk and was told they hoped to have it back within a few more hours. There was no refrigerator in the room. No microwave in the room. No breakfast in the morning. And the staff did not speak English.

The staff was great, room was clean. The pillows cover were stained, yellow colored. The walls had some repairs done that were not completed. The AC was not cooling the complete room.

when we got to our room we had no towels so had to go to office because phone would not work. when I walked bare foot floor had a funny feeling like a mushy feeling but it was clean. It was rainy so also felt the room was a little humid and the air conditioner was noisy

Kept running out of hot water morning staff rude didn't follow there policy

The room It’s nothing I dislike about it

There was a hole at the bottom of the door, the remote control was dirty and there was no bar soap in the bathroom. I was disappointed that there was not an iron in the room, so my husband had to go out and purchase one.

The location was acceptable. The rooms were absolutely ran down and were filthy and disgusting.

Red Roof Inn is peak. Very friendly staff and super tidy and clean property. Tv and everything else always works very well including air conditioning and hot shower water. I never had issues coming here.
