The only issue I had was parking if you get there anytime after 10 PM there’s no parking you’ll have to park very far to the back of the property

Clean room. It was a great choice

Disappointing stay overall. Room and bathroom were not modernized. Bathroom cabinet was falling apart and tub was rusty. Hot water from the bathtub/shower only worked sometimes with the water running cold at times.

The only problem I had ,the fire alarm went off twice

Staff was not very welcoming upon arrival. The elevator was broken during a part of my 3-day stay. If you park in one part of the parking lot you will not be able to walk through the side doors and up to to your room if you room is on the other side of the hotel. I notices small baby roaches in the bathroom and the bathroom shower wasn't the cleanest. Lastly, the fire alarm went off somewhere in the hotel and made it difficult for me to sleep.

The room was nice. Trash cans overflowing. Constantly non guests in the parking lot wanting things. Cash, cigarettes etc. Fire alarm went off at 5pm for zero reason. For over an hour. Fire had to come because staff was in capable of doing it. No apology. No letting us know what’s going on. Staff couldn’t care less to do anything or inform us. It’s was over 100 degrees outside. And nobody told us anything. We didn’t know to run outside. Ignore it. Not a good experience. I wouldn’t stay here again . Vacation comes once a year. I paid too much for these issues. Beware they run your card THEN inform you an extra 100 deposit it taken then returned 10 days after check out.

The pictures showed a hot tub and when we arrived if had been taken out. The front desk was called about more towels and pillows but none were ever brought to us nor were we called to come down and get them. Our room 334 had rust on tub in the back, bathroom door with water damage, shower faucet was loose and cracked on the wall, tv in bedroom wouldn’t work because it was missing a DirectTV cord and flooring in bedroom was coming loose from the wall and floor. I was told the location had no roll-away beds as well. The breakfast was adequate for cereal but hot options were not good in taste. Many staff members did not speak English.

The property was clean and the staff were kind.

Staff was very welcoming. The elevator would intermittently stop working during the couple days we stayed, other than that it was a comfortable stay.

There's no shuttle but there are places within walking distance to we will probably have a little trouble with the Wi-Fi and the elevator is very slow but otherwise it's okay

The gym is really small.

Very pleased with staff, cleanliness, pool area and complementary breakfast. Comfortable bed, large shower and adequate space to not feel cramped. Only downfall is one elevator on the premises so patience a plus! I would return for another stay!

Room was clean, bathroom clean. Hallways quite, laundry facility worked, breakfasts was simple and worked. Staff was helpful and kind. Check in was smooth, check out was easy. WiFi worked well, tv was solid. Enjoyed amenities.
