Housekeeping is very rude, condescending and disrespectful. Other than that the hotel was okay, good location overall

Location in West Broward was amazing. Easy to get everywhere. I needed to be really enjoyed that there is a really great restaurant right here. I’ve been to this place on four of my visit visits and there will be a fifth.

I asked for additional bath towels, and they were delivered in a reasonably good time. Breakfast was traditionally Continental, and we looked forward to it.Plenty of choices. Good shower pressure and steam. The breakfast staff didn't smile or greet anyone as much as I'm used to. The first morning's scrambled eggs were at the last little bits before changing out after we already had to scrape the bottom of the pan. The second morning eggs seemed like Army Powdered Eggs.

Breakfast area was well kept up When i went to take a shower a dirty towel was hanging in their already. It made me feel like the bathroom hadn't been cleaned.

We really like this location and the property is very nice. Its a bit far from the airport (FLL) but not too far if you have a rental car. Its a quite area, with lots of food and shopping options within driving distance. The parking lot is pretty spacious too, we never had an issue with parking, even late at night. Breakfast was decent with fresh juice and a nice waffle station. (scrambled eggs could be better, but they were ok). Overall - I will be staying here again for sure.
