Room was very clean and comfortable

Breakfast was limited. When asked for refill of items kitchen staff got upset. I believe her name was Amitha. Breakfast was not even over when she would stop refilling. If you asked her a question she was bothered.

Our room was clean but the sheets had a tear in them, the lady who checked us in was friendly and helpful with dinner ideas in the area.

Very clean and updated. Excellent breakfast, friendly staff. Would for sure book again!

Room was nice and big. A/C worked great. Staff were friendly. I stayed here for a concert and everything was to my liking. Linens felt nice.

The staff was very polite and well welcoming. My room was cleaned perfect every day.

I would like to give a shout out to Miss Sherri, who was extremely helpful and making sure that I got everything just the way that I wanted it and needed it to be. She was a wonderful person to work with. I promised her when I spoke with her on the phone that when I got there, I will give her a great big hug, I was able to do that and felt really good about it. Shout out to Miss Sherri.

I have stayed at this hotel before, which is why this visit was so disappointing. Due to train complications, I arrived a day later than expected, but I had already notified Expedia, and they assured me the hotel would be informed. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the front desk receptionist was immediately rude before even asking for my name.She stopped me at the door asking if I had a key card, and when I explained I was checking in, she responded by saying there were no rooms available for me without even checking the system first. The interaction quickly became embarrassing, especially in front of my parents. Things became even more uncomfortable when the same receptionist attempted to charge me for my service dog, despite service animals being legally protected. Thankfully, the daytime manager later apologized and handled the situation much more professionally, but the embarrassment from the initial interaction had already happened. Unfortunately, the poor customer service continued during the stay. Housekeeping staff were speaking negatively about me and my dog in Creole, assuming I could not understand. Later, when I politely asked for extra towels because my parents were staying with me, they refused and told me to call the front desk, even though they were standing nearby with towels. Iasked my father, who speaks Creole fluently, to politely ask them, and suddenly there was no issue providing it. The pool area was also disappointing and looked dingy compared to before.

We stayed in Hamptons many times, this one was not up to the standard of the others, pillows were not their signature Manchester Mills and bed sqeaks when tossing and turning.. also coffee pot in room couldn't sit flat on the counter because socket was to high. Got locked out of the room because battery on door was dead... staff however was pleasant.

The breakfast choice was great and will be returning to the same hotel next year for more graduation trips!
