Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay

Was slightly disappointed that they did not have a spa or salon at the resort.

Everything was good

Absolutely loved the luxury of the hotel. So clean and location was amazing. Little bit of paradise in a big city. Definitely will be going back.

Great stay

Clean rooms and the staff was very nice!!! The lobby restaurant had great drinks the food was decent. The shop was convenient but pricey! My only true complaint was the rooms did not go lower than 70 so we were a little warm at night but the beds were very comfortable !

Breakfast was great. The drinks at the bar were great as well. Staff is very friendly and made us feel welcome.

It’s beautiful and the rooms are large and comfortable. Feels like a luxury resort. The location was awful for me. By the airport with the highway running along side of it. So even if you wanted to go for a walk around the property you have noise from the airplanes overhead and cars on the highway. I walked what I think was supposed to be their nature trail and it had all kinds of litter along it.

This was a great last minute stay for our family! We got into the airport late at night, thankfully the shuttle was a quick and easy ride to the hotel. I guess one of the rooms they had overbooked and graciously upgraded us to a suite, which was truly amazing! The only downfall of any airport hotel is the sound of airplanes all hours of the day and night, which was noticeable from our room. The staff was helpful, the rooms were great, and we would recommend this hotel!

It was wonderful to have a restaurant and Fitness center on the property.

Great property! I stayed at the Casitas which has plenty of parking.

Beautiful location, hotel, and so convenient to the airport. The staff was excellent. The room was large and comfortable, and the dining options were fabulous. We will definitely be staying again.

Rooms seemed old, beds were too soft, squished way down, terrible.
