We have always loved the Grand Hyatt for a staycation. The rooms are nice and the views even better. The food was very good, although the service in the lobby bar/restaurant could have been better. We had to find our own napkins and silverware for our first meal, and at other times we had to seek out the server for the check. Service at breakfast in the more formal dining area was exemplary.

The room was clean, quiet, and spacious.

Clean room but broken fridge and nobody came and fixed it even after calling the front desk. But the service of front desk was good and friendly. The amenities were good and useful.

I stayed 7 days and had a beautiful view of the bay, night lights, and the sunset. Room cleaned everyday. Pool was nice. AM yoga is great. Staff, security, and bar staff were wonderful. Sunrise at the newly refinished dock. It was a very nice relaxing stay to get away from the noise! I will be staying again and recommend it to stay!

Smelled fabulous when you walk through the front doors Nothing

Property is well kept and staff are very attentive. You will need a car or uber to get around.

The power was out all day when we were there, so there was no breakfast and there was a skeleton staff downstairs doing the best they could, but I understand there was a maintenance issue so it is what it is.

I had a choice of a room or a villa and o chose the villa it was nice and clean and comfortable

It was amazing and we slept well.

No complaints satisfied with rooms.

I was really disappointed with the level at the hotel restaurant is terrible awful. The wait time was absolutely ridiculous. Firework cost for also. Overall community service detail surprisingly disappointed with the cost of the hotel. They need a refresh and retrain.
-
It was terrible. They over booked the hotel leaving us scrambling for somewhere to stay at the last minute with an early morning flight. The hotel staff were not helpful. Claimed to have contacted booking for a full refund but lied. I was charged in full on top of having to find somewhere else to stay since they overbooked the rooms.

Beautiful stay! Great location and staff.

There wasn't much to do on the property despite the resort fee we have to pay. The waterfront is lined with bushes so you can't really see the water. The worst thing was mosquitos. I got over 10 mosquito bites on the short walk to Oystercatchers, one of the hotel restaurants.

I always love coming to this hotel. Such a wonderful experience again. Thank you to all the stuff for the amazing work.

The bay has a lot of mosquitos and we got a ton of bites over two days. Also the bay may sometimes smell, but no one can help that obviously. On maps it says “Cafe” where you also see Oystercatchers. There is no cafe on that side of the complex! You have to walk to the hotel. Room service did not stop by while we were there. We ran out of face towels. Service was great when we arrived and helped us promptly with shuttles! That was really nice. Also loved the shuttle service to the airport, very convenient and feels premium. Overall our stay way okay.
