They r amazing. We was little earlier to check in and they seen we was. Sun burn and covered in beach fun, they got us in a room to get clean up and then re cleaned the room for us. Amazing ladies. Thank you for making that trip the best trip we have ever had. Small things really shine bigger then most ppl see til it happens to you. 5 stars all the way

The hotel was a pleasant surprise. It was clean on water so a nice view. Plenty of restaurants nearby and shuttle service to the airport and the port. Included is a typical hot "buffet" breakfast with eggs and conveyor belt pancakes. They even had a bottle opener so my mom could drink her "real" Coke from Mexico ! Definitely recommend this hotel.

The housekeeping staff is great as well as the one in the breakfast lobby. However front desk staff in the afternoon is a little rude.

I loved this hotel. It is in a fantastic location next to a great restaurant. It has excellent views of the bay, complete with a dolphin swimming by. It is actually right on the water. The hotel swimming pool has a fantastic view. The rooms were clean and the beds were super comfortable. It is in a safe area in the hotel staff all were very pleasant and helpful. There’s a really nice hot breakfast for free every morning. I would definitely stay here again. The rooms were very quiet. I did not experience any noise at all. The only thing is that Expedia did not describe the room correctly. They advertised one bedroom suites with a bedroom that is separated from the living room with a door. When we checked in, they said they have no rooms like this. The hotel management actually found Expedia description of the room and it was in fact incorrect. Therefore, I had to pay for two rooms instead of the one, because we had three adults needing two different spaces.I’m really hoping that Expedia will reimburse me for one of the room charges.
