Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Tampa-Rocky Point Island by IHG

The view. They turn the elevator off at night and there was dust.

Nice hotel, on water, nice pool.

The staff was excellent the hotel was very clean, the free breakfast was wonderful. The only issue we had is that the elevator was not working at all. We were originally scheduled to be on the 4th floor they were able to move us to the second floor. They did help carry our luggage up so that was a plus. Other than the elevator it was a fantastic place to stay

It was very disappointing that the elevator was broken and I had to carry my luggage up the stairs. It was very difficult having arthritis knees and up to the third floor. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

Breakfast and location were great. Room was okay. The elevator was broken and had to use stairs for the whole stay. We had to carry two large pieces of luggage up and down the stairs upon arrival and checkout which was 0330 in the morning. When handing keys to front desk agent, he looked like he just woke up.

Everything at the breakfast buffet was fantastic, The coffee bar was extremely awsome.. Coffee ☕️ was fantastic. There was nothing I didn't like...

Very nice property with an extremely clean room! The shower however never got above lukewarm! Staff was very friendly and helpful!

Pleasant

It was close to the airport. The staff was helpful and friendly. The elevator was broken. It was very old looking!

Amazing location with a pool that has a backdrop of Tampa Bay. What an incredible stay and I love the Holiday Inn! They are such a consistent chain.

The front desk was helpful and attentive. I am impressed by how well the breakfast are is well organized and clean. The coffee is delicious and there is a good assortment of food. The gentleman who maintains the breakfast area is very helpful and does his job with excellence. I am a repeat stayer at this hotel. Lastly, the pool is well kept and the view is amazing

The elevator was not working during our entire stay. We were traveling with 2 dogs and our room was on the 4th floor. Having to take multiple trips up and down the stairs every day was NOT fun.

Smelled like smoke in the room Bay view I paid extra for was covered by a tree
