Glad to have shelter for the time being. Everything in the hotel/motel is outdated. I'm one and done.

Not what I expected at all. The hotel lobby was nice however the hotel smelled like cigarettes. The rugs on the 3rd floor lobby and rooms were filthy and smelled. We had to keep the air on at all times or else the room smelled and made it hard to breathe. The room itself was filthy (bath tub, toilets specifically). We also had to pay for a Uber to get back to the airport because shuttle services ended randomly at 12pm on Wednesday, May 17th. We booked the hotel for the shuttle services to save money. The nicest part was the Wtr hotel. The guests at the pool all knew the hotel was filthy and know to only come for the pool. I would never book this hotel nor recommend it to any of my family/friends. Upset that I was charged a resort fee for a place that did not feel like a resort.

The hotel was a little dated, but had a great pool and outside bar and was within walking distance of quite a few restaurants. Right on Tampa bay for beautiful sunsets.
