Did Not stay at the property…. It was closed due to make repairs due to a Hurricane Place was closed

I showed up to the location and it was abandoned. I need a full refund. We had to book another hotel that day. Everything. The hotel was trashed and abandoned. We didn’t even get to stay there.

We had a reservation. We arrive at check-in time to find out the property is closed. No notification of any kind. We had to scramble to find a new property to stay, and ended up paying twice as much for the other hotel.

The property was closed and we were never informed That they have not reached out to us , we had no clue they were closed, and we would like our refund. I took an Uber from the airport and ended up at a hotel that was closed

I did not stay because it looks nothing like the pictures. Seemed ran down , and had trash along the property line. I was extremely disappointed upon arrival so I decided not to stay. The building is in need of renovations on the outside as far as I could see. Everything

I booked this stay for the party that's happening at the WTR Pool. I liked the fact that I was just a step away from my hotel room and that I could enjoy the water view where the property is located, not from my room thought. The hotel is quite outdated. The bathrooms appear original and look like in a 1-star hotel. The hotel's pool is small, and the pool area is not maintained well- there are broken tiles and things of that nature.

Bayview only When you walk in, it's beautiful the lobby ,when you get to your room differnt story. It's was filthy trash can was filthy on the outside and around the edge of it. The chair Inside the room was disgusting. I had to get a sheet from housekeeping to cover it to sit on. The tub and a bathroom had a permanent ring around it, It was just Hideous The only thing it has going for it is the bayview And a food in the restaurant was good. I have been here several times in the past and also have a benefit there. Years ago, my husband did his motorcycle club. So to see it like this.I was not happy at all and I will not be back.
