Rooms were clean, staff were helpful and kind, pool was wonderful with great water views

Clean location. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was around $30 to park per night, even though it said free parking in the Expedia listing.

Housekeeping was a bit disappointing. They took our towels and didnt leave any twice. Ran out of shower gel and my husband had to chase them down 4 some. Didnt replenish coffee pods a few times. The front desk staff were wonderful. Very clean and nice property.

I loved how close it was to the airport, the heated pool, easy parking, and very very friendly staff! I only had an issue with the blufin restaurant. It took an hour for someone to even acknowledge us to get us seated and ordered. I’m not sure if they were short staffed, but to wait over and hour to order and then another hour to receive the food was not in our plans at all. However, the front desk and supervisor was very accommodating and made sure we reached a resolution to compensate for the inconvenience. Besides that everything else was amazing and I appreciate how fast they corrected the issue.

First time in Tampa won’t be my last I’m glad I picked this property Hilton double tree staff was helpful and friendly very clean good stay

we loved the free cookies when we checked in! The pool is super warm and there is pool towels as well if you forget them like we did! The water pressure in the shower was super weak and went all to the bathroom sink! So be prepared for that! Overall we had an amazing time!

Great location! Exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of restaurants near by and near airport and stadium. Clean and comfortable hotel,there is a nice pool area by the water. Staff was friendly and helpful and we were greeted with a welcome cookie 😊👍 would stay again! No issues , smooth check in & check out for 3 night stay. If we had more time we would have explored hotel more.

Everything worked well in the room! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was definitely delicious and worth a 5 star rating. Big enough parking lot, plus they had a jet ski rental place in the parking lot, how cool. Definitely wanna stay here again, worth the money! We flew to Florida and chose this place!

Great service all around

I stayed at the hotel for 5 days and Housekeeping never gave me clean sheets, the floor was never cleaned. I had the same soap on my soap dish and was never giving a new one. There are only 2 signs in the building that No smoking.

The staff was excellent. They were friendly and responsive to all of our requests. The property is clean and well kept. There is nothing fancy about the rooms, but ours was clean and well stocked with supplies. The restaurant and waterfront atmosphere are the attractions of the property. The views are stunning, but DO NOT go expecting to be beachfront.

The view , we were able to see dolphins right from the pool the restaurant was bomb I loved everything
