The room could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Cleaning staff could not communicate due to language barriers.

This property is old the staff there was not nice. We got a room with a pool view. The pool was blocked by a tree so there there was no view Managers was just rude all the way around all of them not helpful not helpful at all. They accused us for a smoking thing, and no one was smoking in the room. also cleaning up the room the tub had black rings around it so there was no scrub at in the tub I do have pictures overall. I should be refunded back to us because it was not comfortable. It was not safe and the managers were mean

Hotel was pretty great. The food at the restaurant was delicious. We got a room with a patio on the first floor with our dog and it was perfect for letting him out. Everything was pretty clean but we did see some silverfish in the bathroom with the moisture so just beware of that. But overall a great stay. Very dog friendly and nice staff.

Everything was excellent except we had got to noticing that we were smoking in our room but we dont smoke the front desk said it may have been the curling iron my wife was using to set the fire alarm off but it was resolved

Everything was beautiful and clean. The property is so spacious, especially the outdoor areas, that it honestly feels more like a resort than a hotel. The rooms were large, comfortable, and very family-friendly. We especially loved having an outdoor porch with each room it was so convenient and made it easy to step outside and enjoy the surroundings. And the view was AMAZING! Although we didn’t get to see the dolphins, we still enjoyed the sunset views immensely. There was something really relaxing about being able to sit outside and take it all in. My only con would be the food. I ordered the Jamaican jerk chicken, but unfortunately it was missing the “jerk” 😅. The food could definitely use some improvement. Overall, though, we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely consider coming back!

The property was clean and quiet. Restaurants were conveniently located. I didn’t like the attitude of one the front desk clerks. I didn’t have the deposit so I couldn’t get into the room even though the room was paid for. I tried to explain that my partner was on a later flight and he has the money . She told me to have at it when I told her I’ll try to get the money sent to me.

Excellent, perfect location

The stay was great! We got in late and the staff was friendly and laughing as we walked in, which made the end of a long travel day so much better.

Everyone was absolutely amazing and kind. We drove 22 hours to FL and we were exhausted by the time we got there. We were able to check in early and everything was a breeze! I didn’t like that coffee wasn’t included.

Everything was dirty, Bathroom clogged. The air conditioning barely worked. Pool was full of bird droppings. No filters on. Rug was really dirty. Creepy hallways.
