They had on website they had a shuttle from airport to hotel which they did not, They made u pay for parking which was not told on web site, Nice place just hidden costs that gets u. We picked this place so we didnt have to rent a car because of their shuttle they had to airport and having to pay to park u car when u renting from them i thought was excessive, I ask for a total of my bill when check out and was told it would be emailed to me which i have not recieved but other than that nice hotel with great views of water.

It was a nice experience there however I was disappointed waiting an hour for my shower to get fixed first day I was there . Then needed to switch the room . Everything was clean and area is nice

The hotel had no rooftop bar as advertised and also didn’t have a pool as advertised as well it was a very limited experience and to far from anywhere with a car

The hotel had a fully functioning beautiful pool. Unfortunately, they would not open it. There was a green river near by, but that was it. Very disappointed. Staff did not offer any reasons as to why the pool was closed. It opened the day we left.

Overall it was clean the staff was nice. There were some repairs where water was impacted however it went into effect after our departure.

Convince. Very comfortable room, with a great view. Bathroom was the best! After staying for one night our clothes had 25 plus ants infested in our clothes. Was told that it may have been from somewhere we went, but they were coming from the wall.

Pool wasn’t available to use which is why I booked the hotel to begin with. Every shower you stood in at least 3 inches of water. Food at restaurant wasn’t great. But manager and server did make it right.

Unfortunately the pool advertised was not open yet. Also, no access to the rooftop terrace.
