Cleanliness, location great It's a very close quarters motel. It's an old wooden house downtown so walls are very thin, hear everything. Would be great for an older couple that just wants to relax in quite

The room was okay., clean but in need of a refresh. The onsite staff was very friendly but did not speak English. I attempted to alert her to a parking issue and she gave me her phone to speak into an app translator. The problem was the parking space I was assigned too and required to pay for had pipes protruding from the concrete inside the parking lines, the pool door opened to parking lot and it banged against the front of my car - Juan the absentee manager had staff put a DIY bucket in front of my car so the door would hit the bucket before my car, when I complained and asked for a different spot. Juan told me I didn’t need to park in the lot I could park in the street. He told me that knowing the signs on the street indicated only two hour parking between 8am -10pm. As a customer I felt harassed by Juan even though I never met him. He misrepresented the locations parking issues and harassed me to pay for the inadequate parking spot or move my car every two hours in the street. He kept saying no one has ever complained. As a customer, I attempted to complain but his action was to harass and belittle me into complying. I would not recommend this location.

Very cozy, quiet, perfect location and best sleep in weeks.

Wonderful boutique hotel. Extremely friendly staff. The pool area is like a hidden treasure. We will stay there again next time we’re in St Pete.

Great place. Enjoyed stay.

Quirky hotel with a fantastic location. After reserving a room, I was sent a link to a page that requested me to resubmit all the same information plus uploading pictures of my face and my ID, and signing consent forms. Nearer to my reservation date, I was sent emails and texts stating that action was required, and that I needed to complete these forms again! The hotel staff are not onsite and they did not provide clear instructions about which code worked at which door, etc. There was one cleaning lady who didn't speak English. Overall we felt a little abandoned.

Adorable hotel.

Very cute boutique hotel that is close to everything in downtown St. Petersburg. We stayed 3 nights and they never freshened or cleaned our room. An offer of clean towels would have at least been appreciated. Also, no regular cream for coffee and you only get one bottle of water per stay. Seems a little cheap to me

The host was amazing. Such a cute and unique place. It was a short walk to restaurants and loved having on site parking.

It was small but clean and beautifully decorated. It was close to what we needed so we could walk to our event. And while there isn’t mgmt onsite, the housekeeper helped us out, and the mgmt was quick to respond to our onsite questions. Not the properties fault, but we had to ask some other guests to be quiet after 10 pm. We asked nicely and they did calm down. Oh, and bring a small car as parking is tight -but it was available.

Location Staff was nice however bad bathrooms and dirty walls and linens were rough.

They had a cute little communal kitchen area with some basic snacks. Not like a full or continental breakfast, more just like a granola bar, etc. They have free wifi, but I never tried to use it. Cute little areas in the common areas, inside and just outside. Only about half mile to a lot of downtown locations. Our room (Blue Suite) had a very large shower (with good pressure), and nice lighting and ceiling fan. (although I would guess that there may be some variance by room). I thought the bed was pretty comfy and four good pillows. I had trouble sleeping second night because of other loud guests and street noise, as well as too much exterior light... BUT I'm also a poor sleeper, so not an unusual occurrence for me. Parking was extremely tight, so if you're a nervous parker, just be warned. Our room was not large, and not designed for just lounging about in, not really a negative for us, but be advised. Hot tub was functioning as far as jets were concerned, but not so much on temperature. Overall the positives far outweighed the negatives. Also, most of the rooms are up a flight of stairs, and I would definitely warn that the property is not very accessible for mobility-challenged individuals if that is a factor for your party.

I would have expected parking to be included in my stay.

Really clean.

Avoid. I left shortly after arrival because the property was completely different from what was advertised. It felt dirty, smelly, neglected, and unsafe — more like a shady hostel than a proper hotel. I had to book another place immediately and pay again. Very disappointing experience. Avoid. Dirty, smelly, neglected, and unsafe.

Good location

Great atmosphere, historic setup, wonderful pool, very nice staff and owner of the facility. Excellent location close to downtown. Tight parking spaces with extra fee.
-
The bathroom and room were also fairly small.

Beautiful rooms . And overall a gorgeous place! The staff was incredibly nice and helpful! The parking lot was very tiny and hard to get into. This could not be helped as there was very limited space on the property. I also would enjoy thicker , firmer pillows. Neither of these things would deter me from staying here again!

Breakfast was ok. Had a couple cups of coffee each day. That was it. Too short a stay to find anything that disappointed
