i liked the main area and entrance parking

They waved it after we talked. No valet like last time. (To help with bags/cooler…. No free parking in the future (like last time) So it’s our last time visiting. Asked for the downstairs room due to my wife’s illness no one in the house they wanted $150 more …. So my wife had to climbed the stairs of an empty house. No compassion….. No future business….. Bad Form

My husband and I chose Prestige for a quick overnight staycation. It was quiet, cozy, and in walking distance of all of our favorite DTSP spots. Spent the evening in the hot tub and morning at the pool before checking out. Left feeling relaxed and refreshed.

We had a very nice stay at the Prestige. We were warmly greeted when we arrived and shown our assigned reserved parking space. The Prestige was very clean with a cool home-like vibe. Our room was very nice and I especially loved the bath robes that were available to us. A comfy bed and a nice rain style shower. A very comfortable stay and I'm sure we will stay again. The air conditioner was a bit loud. We had control over it but when it kicked off it this loud bang. Other than a perfect getaway stay. The parking lot is small about 5 cars can fit backing out was tricky but we managed.

Everything. Miss Rosario, miss Maria and the owner were super easy to work with and love how it was contactless and there's clear, constant communication with all of them. Will be staying here again. There isn't anything I didn't like.

The location The cleanness and the huge noise from AC and from the Fridge

This boutique hotel is a gem! The room was beautifully designed. I was in the Brown suite. There was great communication from the beginning of the reservation throughout my stay. Rosario was on site and took excellent care! The location was perfect for a trip that was combining business and pleasure. I really have nothing negative to say about the property or my stay.

Wonderful place, a 5 minute walk from Beach Drive. Had everything we needed! A very attentive attendant.

The jacuzzi was broken and no one knew when it would be repaired. So I ventured to the Vinoy and paid to use theirs. They said the pool was heated but I didn’t feel any difference in their pool temperature and the heated ones at Safety Harbor Spa or the Vinoy.

Everything was perfect

The property was located perfectly near plenty of restaurants and things to do. The hotel was very clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay. We liked everything about the property.

The room was okay., clean but in need of a refresh. The onsite staff was very friendly but did not speak English. I attempted to alert her to a parking issue and she gave me her phone to speak into an app translator. The problem was the parking space I was assigned too and required to pay for had pipes protruding from the concrete inside the parking lines, the pool door opened to parking lot and it banged against the front of my car - Juan the absentee manager had staff put a DIY bucket in front of my car so the door would hit the bucket before my car, when I complained and asked for a different spot. Juan told me I didn’t need to park in the lot I could park in the street. He told me that knowing the signs on the street indicated only two hour parking between 8am -10pm. As a customer I felt harassed by Juan even though I never met him. He misrepresented the locations parking issues and harassed me to pay for the inadequate parking spot or move my car every two hours in the street. He kept saying no one has ever complained. As a customer, I attempted to complain but his action was to harass and belittle me into complying. I would not recommend this location.
