The room was a great size, the beds were super comfrotable. The issues we had were half of the plugs in the room didn’t work and we had to notify front desk twice that our tv didn’t work. Maintenance did finally come fix the tv on the second night, but the plugs were never fixed. We stayed for 3 nights and our room was never cleaned nor fresh towels brought. We had to go to the front desk each day for fresh towels, only to find they “didn’t have any washcloths” so we were given hand towels to bathe with.

This hotel claims to be 4 stars. Don't believe it. Two stars at best. The cleaning staff didn't even bother to clean our room. I said something to the reception staff and she said "oh, I'll make a report" and that was all. My room was dirty before we checked in with hairy dust bunnies in the corners. The beds were terrible and the pillows not useable. We tried to ask for different pillows but reception said all the pillow were the same in the entire hotel. So, he rolled up a small comforter for us to put inside a pillow case. That was much better that the pillows available. There was a phone in the room that wasn't operable and all it would do is flash this irritating red light 24/7.

Clean room. Very helpful staff. Only downfalls are Tv watching is not good(picture kept buffering) and very limited on site parking. Other than those 2 minor issue, out stay was good.

It was great

When we arrived, there seemed to be an issue with my reservation, so we had to wait for a while, which worried me at first. The hotel is in a great location, but the parking is a little inconvenient and expensive. If you have heavy luggage, I recommend dropping it off at the hotel entrance before parking.
-
Upon arrival found out that there is no parking even though the reservation stated parking was available on site for $22.00. Front desk attendants were both rude and dismissive. Bathroom was filthy. Bed was extremely soft and uncomfortable.

Great place near the heart of things. Corner rooms with balcony and bay view are a must! Parking can be a pain!

The location is the strongest point. The room was great as was the staff. It’s a minimalist kind of hotel without being a “cheap” hotel. Parking is an issue. You may have to pay to park at a garage down the street if the hotel lot is full. It’s only a five minute walk. I recommend the Galaxy as it met my expectations.

Great location close to food and pier

Next once we arrived to the room the lighting was somewhat dim and we noticed the sink looked dirty and the shower was not cleaned. When we put the water on you could see soap bubbles from the last people’s visit. There was also a hair dryer that you could see greasy finger prints and tell it was never wiped down. Next the TV, it is great that they had Roku tv and we could stream our tv but the WiFi was so poor that we couldn’t get a tv show to load. I had to change the network and run my hotspot to watch tv. Finally, the fridge operated at room temperature so we had to go down stairs to get ice to keep our drinks cool. I tried several times to call the front desk with no answer and stopped by once and no one was there. I wasn’t looking for a luxury stay but this place is poorly run and doesn’t seem to care. Would not recommend.

First timer and it was perfect for the fireworks! Only stood for one night but will definitely be back to truly enjoy the hotel.

Had to pay $20 per day to park. They also wanted $85 to check in 15 minutes early, lack of customer service by this front desk attendant. However, the young man with brown hair who helped with check out was great!

ac did not work. room was 77 the entire trip. fridge did not work either and all food went bad.
-
For me, the bed isn’t one of my favs. It was a memory foam.

Prime location. Clean, cool AC. Front desk staff seemed barely there, not very friendly or engaging. Good price for a clean place to sleep downtown.
