This hotel makes you feel like family. We had the best stay. They vintage vibes, coffee bar, and all the little luxury feel for an affordable price. The roof top bar has beautiful views. Also, the owner Alex is hands on and makes you feel special. He goes out of his way to make sure that you enjoy your stay. The location is perfect to walk to other great places and enjoy St Pete. We will be back!

This hotel has a great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The parking is about 5 to 7 minutes away from the hotel and not exactly ideal. We stayed at the older building which is beautiful and quiet but it needs TLC.

The room itself was brand new and so was everything in it. It was styled perfectly and spotlessly clean. The only suggestions I would make is it would be great to have a ceiling fan in the room. The A/C worked perfectly but it would be nice to be able to have some moving air when you come in from the sweltering heat. Secondly they need to buy the parking lot next door. You can park for free a few blocks away which honestly isn't a big deal, however on site parking would be nice. Third a pool would be awesome! These are all small suggestions overall it was a spectacular value for the location on a holiday weekend. I wouldn't hesitate to go right back.

The first impression was charming. Cool bar and lounge area. Our room blew a fuse( no a/c, lamp, clock) and staff never repaired it. In evening hours we could not find one employee to assist. Randomly an employee also just walked into our room without knocking while we were in the room.

Adorable boutique hotel in a vintage stately house with a b+b feel. Bar downstairs where I got ice and hot water. Very convenient location.

What an amazing experience, and the staff was over the top, great time.

I really enjoyed this hotel

Good, cost effective, would stay here again.

Very quaint and characterful. Loved the lobby coffee/bar and outdoor courtyard. The location is great, we didn't have to get in our car once except to take a boat tour out of Gulfport. We stayed in the old part of the hotel, which I enjoyed for its historic character. Could have done with an AC wall unit over the window unit and better mattress/sheets. We used the gym on the rooftop and appreciated the view and brand new equipment. I'd stay here again but opt for a room with upgraded amenities next time.

Location is nice, I like the lobby and some of the vibe. I can’t speak for every room but my bathroom had a god awful smell coming from the bathroom sink or plumbing that was nauseating.
-
It was really gross and not well kept, toilet was wet still from person previous going to the bathroom walls not cleaned base boards not cleaned, many dings in the walls, many stains, coffee stains on the furniture, bug debris in the window shades. Do not stay here.

Bar and bartender inside lobby was excellent! Room itself was very small, bathroom was small you almost hit your head on sink when sitting or standing from toilet. Shower very small as well.
-
Great location close to everything! We walked to a lot of the places we went to. Also there was a super cute bar inside the hotel that was a bar and coffee shop! We loved having a martini at the end of the night.

This is a very cool hotel in a great part of St. Pete.
-
But, coffee was good and bar staff were always friendly. Central to downtown and was able to walk to most places. Not too bad!

Location is great, the rooms overall are dirty. There were dead love bugs in our shower / tub after we waited for ‘housekeeping’ to finish cleaning our room so we could check in. They need to invest in re-doing the inn side of the hotel to make the stay more comfortable. Staff wasn’t very friendly/ inviting either. Will not stay or recommend this place in the future.

Walk several blocks to park in a building. Party hub spot at night, if you have kids beware. Beautiful area during the day.
-
The restroom had a line of ants and the very old window AC sounded like a jet engine. The shower is no bigger than a phone booth and one person can barely fit at the sink. The hotel parking is free but you park in a garage down the street and around the corner. $40 “resort fee” for what? We were there overnight but I know this is not resort and it has no amenities. Our room in the old section was so small that the left side of the bed was right up to the edge of the door so there was no night stand to put anything on and no plug-in for your phone. The hotel has a newer section, but it was offered at $100 more per night.

The front desk staff were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We also loved that you can grab cocktails, wine, or coffee downstairs - such a nice touch and perfect for relaxing after a walk around the city. The location is wonderful as well - everything is within walking distance, including the waterfront, restaurants, and bars. Overall, this place has a special vibe that made the stay feel memorable rather than generic. The bed linens and towels smelled amazing, and the bathroom was stocked with different little bottles of shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and other essentials, which felt very thoughtful. The hotel itself was also very clean and smelled wonderful throughout. The AC was a little noisy at night, and the bathroom showed some wear and tear, but honestly, that felt forgivable considering the age and character of the building. It’s part of staying somewhere historic rather than in a modern chain hotel.
