Excellent staff but the hotel is a little dated and parking/ valet is really overpriced

Great staff, valet guys were Awesome. Room was big and clean. Only issue we had was that it was very noisy, you hear every car that drives by and we were on 3rd floor. Some loud cars would wake up. Other than that all was great and good location.

The room was not clean. I had a room with two queen beds and on the sheets there was a wet dirty spot. It was really gross. We couldn’t sleep all night because there was a loud vibration all night. There was “No” water pressure in the sink. The room was not cheap! Over 300 a night and 40 dollars per night for parking. Will not go back. Will stay further away in Tampa at the Drury.

Clean room

Two things truly stood out during our stay: the staff and the cleanliness. Special shoutout to my Jamaicans who work here, from front desk day shift to the overnight shift, and to the kitchen. I appreciate you guys so much! Every single team member we met was kind, helpful, and professional. You can tell they take pride in their work. The hotel itself is extremely clean and well‑maintained from the lobby to the hallways to our room, everything felt fresh and cared for. The breakfast was amazing. It was delicious, consistent, and perfect for busy competition mornings. Having great food right downstairs made our week so much easier. Our room was comfortable and quiet, giving us the rest we needed between long dance days. The location is also ideal, close to restaurants, shops, and St. Pete attractions. Overall, this hotel made our competition week smooth, relaxing, and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families traveling for events.

Valet parking was wonderful - it was ironic that the disability accessible room was the farthest room from the elevator. Made it difficult if you are not in a wheelchair.

Regarding the pet-friendly aspect, the hotel needs a space for dogs, like a dog park where you can take your dog to relieve themselves and play. Also, you could add a small bed for them with water and a plate for food. This would make the hotel better for dog lovers.

I didn’t like I had to pay for parking . Bar was closed after 9:30 pm. No shuttle to take you places.

There is no self parking- only valet. That is a big no for me. The hotel is old, but very well maintained. It’s ok for a very short stay.

Yes the breakfast was good and fresh, prices a little high. Coffee should come with meal if wanted. Our room was fairly clean. The wardrobe was very hand printed from little kids messy hands. Bathroom really needs a vent and fan! Also brighter lights there would be good. Our experience with Alex, Michelle, and the 2 Valet people we had were fantastic. Brian and the head lady I didn't get her name. Our stay was very good.Thx, a great weekend for the Blues Festival

Quick overnight stay. Really nice place. Shout out to the valet attendants, they were great and quick.
