Hollander Boutique Hotel

This hotel is special. The staff has great energy, very dog friendly, pool is beautiful, the people that stay here are chill, non-judgmental. Highly recommend this hotel.

We take a “staycation” here each summer from Tampa. Great staff! The fact that we see the same servers, bartenders, and front desk staff from year to year speaks volumes about the quality of the organization. They LIKE working here. Great pub food (including wonderful breakfast), great beer selection and creative bartenders (full bar). Don’t even get me started on the pool area with cabanas and full bar. Sit at the ample bar, relax in a chaise. Enjoy! Finally, location, location, location! Walk or take the shuttle to any of the dozens of restaurants, sports venues, and music spots. Yeah, we’re fans!

I have stayed at the Hollander multiple times. It is one of the reasons I visit St Pete. Super friendly staff. Awesome pool/pool bar. Clean rooms. Comfy beds. Restaurant and bakery/coffee bar on site. Walking distance to just about everything and an area shuttle for places that are a little too far to walk. A cozy boutique hotel. Warm, inviting. You feel like you never want to leave. So much better than the big box hotels around town. Every time I visit I talk to people in the pool who are genuinely impressed with the place. The place really has a lot of character. You can’t go wrong at the Hollander!

Great boutique hotel in the heart of downtown St. Pete. Had a little birthday pool party there. Don’t bother bringing ANY food or drink by the pool, including water. They have free water at the bar but they won’t let you bring in your own water. Also, apparently there’s a pool server. No one told us that so when we ordered from the bar a server came over and was very openly annoyed that neither the bar staff or the hostess let us know to order through her. Overall though, a great time!

The Hollander Hotel is undoubtedly one of the most pleasant hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The staff is exceptionally, friendly, and kind and the hotel was very maintained and cleaned. While I wish the drinks were stronger, the food and drinks are fantastic. I’ll definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.

Only there for one night but was very impressed by this historic hotel . Would highly recommend.

Rooms were comfortable and charming

This place is cozy, feels like home, has a lot of character. From the wooden floors to the spacious rooms. Not a lot of counter space in the bathroom if you bring/use a lot of products but there is a cool vanity like contraption in the desk. The location is great, walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops and a short drive to the beach. The pool looked amazing, we had pool view, but we didn’t go in it this time. The pool bar always looked busy. The Tap Room restaurant in the hotel has a great menu as well! Delicious food! Staff is so friendly and makes sure you have the best stay! They’re so accommodating. Always a great experience here!

Everything! This place is great. There’s nothing that we didn’t like.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. There always seems to be something going, some event or other. The pool is fun and there's even an outdoor bar. Don't forget the inside bar, restaurant and cafe. They've got you covered.

Clean and ample rooms, friendliest staff ever!, A restaurant and bar serving delicious food and great drinks. The included parking, a nice pool with a pool bar, and cozy shared spaces makes the Hollander a gem that you would want to come back to time and time again.
