Better breakfast options such as different hot food. The rooms were decent and clean. The grout on the tiles looks extremely dirty even though they are clean (white sock test)

it's a bed and reasonably clean but outdated. Carpet in hall was all stained. There was glop and a dead worm outside the elevator all day one day. The pool was really dirty and had no towels provided.

Breakfast is always good. Room was clean. Air Conditioner rattled loudly all the time.

The admissions staff and housekeeping was very nice and helpful. We unfortunately had to change rooms, but the staff was extremely helpful during the process. I've always stayed at this hotel when I'm on a trip. One thing I will say is that the rooms could use an upgrade. Our housekeeping attendant Neka was amazing, but there's no way you can keep a hotel smelling fresh when there's a much-needed upgrade.

We didn’t stay there was a roach in the room so we canceled our reservation

Hotel was good, breakfast was good the property overall was ok. The gym could use a make over. Other than that it was ok.

-Very good air conditioning - helpful and friendly housekeeping and front desk staff. -cheaper stay close to Mt Dora -pet friendly Cons: - room keys constantly getting deactivated. This issue has never happened to me at any other hotel ( even after putting my cellphone close to the key) - hotel Wi-Fi stopped working the night before checking out.

The place and the staff were great, the rooms were clean. The breakfast and the coffee was excellent. Only thing my husband was unhappy about was the lack of choices in the vending machine. And some vending machines were not even working. Otherwise I have nothing bad to say

The rooms were clean the air is fresh the breakfast is a plus don't have to leave the property if you want to just relax they serve a great breakfast and delicious coffee.

Quiet

The room was clean, quiet (with the exception of a toilet tank that needed some adjusting), very good breakfast for this level of hotel, and very kind and helpful staff.

We booked a 3 night stay over 4th of July weekend. The price was an incredible value! Our room was good sized, with a not-so-mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and a sink. The king sized bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The shower was strong and refreshing. Enough towels for two, that were switched for fresh ones. Every single employee, from the front desk to the housekeeper, was friendly and smiling and willing to please. My husband went down for breakfast twice. The first day was just okay, but the second trip was excellent. The parking is free and very near the entrance. We have family in the area, so we will definitely stay here again. It's a keeper!
