Staff was top notch. Able to help out with all questions and requests. Room was serviced multiple times per day. All around pleasant experience.

Staff was outstanding, one of the best I have ever encountered. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to experience Telluride.

Always a great experience - the staff are great, location is incredible, and sites are spectacular!!

I can’t say enough about how thoroughly we enjoyed our stay; from the moment we arrived until the moment we left the staff gave us their full attention, assistance and love. The property is gorgeous and well-maintained, amenities are truly spectacular and we will certainly be back. Big thanks to Eric and everyone at Inn at Lost Creek.

friendly staff and clean. breakfast was awsome

What we didn’t appreciate was the constant expectation of tipping. Upon checking out we were asked to tip everyone including office mgmt. we were even expected to tip our hostess for our free buffet breakfast. We served ourselves our food and drink. The only thing she did was bring us a check asking for a tip. We did tip individuals, we felt deserved it, cash. This tipping thing is totally out of hand.

Beautiful property! Our first time there and we’ll be back! Kuba at the front was fabulous and so was Jesus!!

The layout of the room was very un-hotel like; more like a small condo or VRBO. The complimentary breakfast is in the downstairs restaurant. The food was certainly above average for complimentary breakfasts and has two different featured options daily as well as more typical fare such as fruit, breads, and yogurt. In the evening the same restaurant (Siam’s Talay Grille) has some very tasty far-eastern dishes with a good selection of wines. Although expensive this hotel is a nice treat for a romantic getaway or just a peaceful vacation.

Rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day.

A wonderful resort with incredible mountainside views! Spacious rooms with wonderful amenities. This resort is a quick, yet beautiful ride to downtown Telluride. They offer a delicious free breakfast with many hot items and fresh fruit. The staff goes out of their way to creat a wonderful stay.

Stayed here for the Fourth of July and the experience did not disappoint. We were upgraded to a bigger room and didn’t have any issues with extending our stay by a day. The staff were super nice and professional and the complimentary bottle of wine was a fun way to end the trip. The hotel is also just a few hundred feet from the Gondola, which made it easy to get to/from the town of Telluride. It would be nice if the dining area was opened up to the patio so people could sit outside for breakfast but that may have just been because of the wildfire smoke.

Awesome staff

Close to gondola. I’ve stayed in ski season and now in Summer. The best of both seasons with this great hotel.

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. The valet team was incredibly helpful, attentive, and friendly, making the arrival process effortless. At the front desk, we were greeted with genuine smiles and outstanding hospitality that immediately made us feel at home. One of the highlights of our stay was receiving a complimentary room upgrade. We were pleasantly surprised with a beautiful room featuring two balconies overlooking Mountain Village. As an added bonus, there was a concert taking place when we arrived, making the atmosphere even more special. The room was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly maintained throughout our stay. Everything worked flawlessly, and we never had to call maintenance for anything. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its people. Every staff member went above and beyond to help us, even with the smallest details. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to assist made a lasting impression on us. The rooftop hot tub was another unforgettable feature. After a day of exploring Telluride, being able to relax in the hot tub while enjoying the incredible mountain views was simply perfect. We were also traveling with our dog, Luna, and the way the staff welcomed and accommodated her made our stay even more enjoyable. Their pet-friendly attitude helped create a warm and cozy experience for our entire family. Beautiful property, amazing location, wonderful am
