Skyler at check in was very friendly, the hotel was an easy walk to the gondola pick up, portion sizes at the restaurant were good and the views were great. $45 a day for valet that you’re required to use and they don’t have any modern tipping options or the option to add to your bill, only cash. I felt so guilty not being able to tip-not having cash- that it felt like I just shouldnt access my car at all. We paid $45 a day so if there was something said like “this is an automatic tip” id feel better. What does that charge even go to…

You need AC in the room for summer months. Room temp was 90 every single afternoon and we struggled to stay cool . No AC in most rooms . Overall , nice facility , friendly staff and good ambiance.

The apartment was spacious and the full kitchen was excellent as we were self catering and didn’t want to eat out due to the high cost of doing so in this area. The washer and dryer were invaluable for us as a family. The surroundings were beautiful and the plants were well maintained so it all looked stunning. Paying for parking at $45 a day - and valet only which we found uncomfortable as it’s not our style. We found later that we could have parked more cheaply elsewhere which we would have preferred if given the option to drop off and park a little distance away for $30 a day instead. The property was more expensive than places we’d usually choose. It was really lovely but we wouldn’t have been able to justify more than 3 nights.

Be careful in the summer as there is no AC in the rooms. It was pretty hot for our stay. Overall it is nice, close to mountain village and telluride (30 minutes on the gondola). Bathrooms are very small! Can hardly close the door when being inside to use it. Everything else was great.

The whole staff were so kind! I loved the fact they came and cleaned the room, and made the bed, and fresh towels daily without being asked! The valet service was so good. The girl at the front desk was so polite and kind. Expensive , but worth it.

The lodge is clean and the staff is friendly. Our breakfast was good. I was hoping to use the hot tub but there was a big group that was hanging out in it. Not the properties fault but still disappointing.

The setting in the mountains is spectacular. Our room abutted the elevator shaft. That was so loud it drowned out TV and conversation, and we only had quiet from about 11-430. Heard every elevator ride. Second issue is that the room was so cramped there was no table or chair. Literally the only place to sit for a cup of coffee was on a bed or on the toilet. They should just make this specific room a supply or linen closet.

Fantastic stay...staff was exceptional and the property was flawless! The amenities were fantastic...great pool with hot tub, lockers, gym, and the complimentary coffee, teas, and cookies hit the spot! We loved the location as it was very close to the market and the free gondola. Definitely highly recommend!
