Women's hot tub was not open and the resturaunt wasn't open. It was still a great stay just not as convenient.
-
The cleanliness, the quality linens, the property location and amenities Our king suite was located just above an entrance and it was noisy at night and in the am as we had to keep our windows open for the temperature we desired
-
I wish they have their on buffet breakfast.. but lovely people
-
A beautiful hotel with an amazing view close to the gondola. We love the new elevator system!

Telluride was amazing. Location was amazing. Rooms were great. Staff was amazing. Mountain were beautiful.

pool staff is rude and useless. they care little about the guest once they have you money. has been in the decline for years. was woken up every day by house keeping saying we are checking out, at 8:30 in the morning with a do not disturb sign on door. complained happened again the next day, and again at 9am today. check out is 11am. vacations are for relaxing and trying to rest. they did nothing to right this! i'm done!

Great staff, comfortable room, kids loved the pool, plenty of food options in the area. Easy access to Telluride and mountain using the Gondolas.

It was available. No resort hotel amenities like a restaurant/room service or concierge. Guests on their own to figure out food source or where to have a drink. Felt much like a Holiday Inn: Just rooms that happen to be in a beautiful mountain setting. Nothing special other than a view that the hotel has nothing to do with. Staff seemed young and lack luster at checkin. For being in peak season, The Peaks seemed to have the c team working.

Some construction going on in Mountain Village making some noise. Main restaurant in resort not open in summer.
-
moldy smell in bathroom and chemical smell on ceiling( maybe just paint new layer on ceiling)
-
Location Room was hot. Men’s sauna and steam closed. Level B facilities closed for lightning, which is understandable as for pool but not indoor sauna and steam. Plus they close at 8:30, which is ridiculous. No ice available. Felt like a rip off

Very clean and nice staff

Very clean, comfortable, the people are very nice! I would highly recommend this place for vacations!
-
The views There was no restaurant, there was no bar, no entertainment on site. Two fire alarms went off in the middle of the night. Window cooler, curtains were old & ugly.

Just an overall disappointing experience. Maybe I had my expectations too high. The rooms are very tired and quite boring. One side of the bed didn't even have an outlet so I had to charge my phone in the other room. We felt that the property doesn't have a "personality". Nothing unique or special. I also found the service to be a bit sub-par. The valets are more interested in talking to each other than assisting with your car and luggage. Nothing catastrophic just bland and boring.

Nice place in fabulous location, room was just OK - no real closet. No ice machine, had to call twice for ice. Valets (parking attendants) didn’t help unload luggage when we arrived nor load it when we departed. I’m 75 w 5 spinal fusion surgeries. Won’t stay there again, very disappointed
