The room price, location, and quality Because their key for machine was down the day f until around 5:30 ,the following day, I couldn't leave without being locked out. Due to this reasoning, I called the front desk at 11:00 am. on 10/5 asking for ice. It took 4 calls and a request from room service before I finally spoke with the night manager to receive my ice. Also, it was at this time that I received my key....16.5 hours before my checkout. Totally unprofessional and disappointing

Nothing Dirty everywhere in the hotel. The A/C in the room is so loud you can’t sleep. Furniture in room is old and moldy. The hallways looked and smelled horrible. The overflow parking was in a gravel and dirt area and was charged for it. I’m embarrassed for Hilton hotels.

Some disappointment,as the pool was being cleaned during our stay and, therefore, inaccessible. Nonetheless, front desk employee, Leyla, was very gracious and offered other amenities as compensation. She made things right, like a true professional. Thank you, Leyla! And thank you Embassy Suites!

Bed was uncomfortable and the furniture was worn down.

This place was not what we expected. We stayed in the lower floor and it was quite scary. That place needs a lot of work, we had a hiccup with a room with no ac and carpet was wet so moved to another room. It’s under construction down there which nobody bothered to mention and there are alot of shady characters to say the least. The bottom entrance doors don’t lock so didn’t feel very safe. Nobody ever came down there no staff, no maids and there’s no security. The only good part was that we did enjoy our complimentary drinks and breakfast was good. Staff was nice, room was clean but carpet was filthy and sofa bed not comfy. Stayed one night and that was enough. Not the birthday we had planned for. If you can stay elsewhere do it.

Upon checking in I was told the air in my room wasn’t working. They went ahead and put a fan and a portable air conditioner. Also offered a discount. When I went to open the door the key did not work. I was replaced and worked fine. When returning to the room after a wine tour again the key was not joe ing the door. Went down stairs and they replaced the key again but sent security up also. Key did not work. Security called down and said the batteries needed replacing in the lock. The front desk responded another one? Maintained will be over when he’s done with the other one. We waited in the hall for about 15 minutes until batteries were replaced and we could get back into the room. When I went to check n out I verified they were giving me the discount discussed the night prior. My card was charged the full amount. Over $800 for two nights in This environment was crazy!

No central air. They did discount 50% of stay but only after we expressed our dissatisfaction. Not being told in advance on not having air.

Everthing was very good, breakfast,size of the suite and happy hour. We didn,t like the fact we were not made aware of a parking charge of 15$ a night till we arrived.

The property was clean and the amenities were great. Our room needed some maintenance, in that the handle on the bathroom pocket door was broken on both sides, and we had difficulty sliding it open and closed. It had no lock. The wallpaper around the sink was peeling, and the carpet outside the elevator on Floor 5 needed cleaning. Other than these things, it was a nice stay.
