Smelled cigarettes As soon as we entered the premises we smelled it. Air conditioning was not too cold in the lower level We had kids and it not safe for me as a pregnant woman. The staff said they cannot changed our room and they will just spray in the hallway. The smell of cigarettes the whole entire 3 days of my stay was all there .

Called to make sure there was a crib available, we’re told yes they have a crib. Took our info down to reserve one for us. Got to the property and were told there were no cribs left. Solution offered was to use the pull out couch for our 10 month old, totally unsafe. We had to leave at 9:20pm. Management needs to do a better job training employees when it comes to informing guests of availability, and do a better job managing these amenities and adding more cribs and etc with demand.

The staff is very helpful. I’m very nice. Our room was very clean and very comfortable. We had a great nights stay.

Everything was great staff very helpful

Clean room and property, evening reception was nice and they had live music on the patio. Dog friendly with lots of cute dogs coming and going. Breakfast was great with cooked to order egg scrambles or omelettes. The staff cleared tables fast and it kept the flow of people and going easy. They wiped food that spilled around the hot plates and refilled things when items were running low. We had an excellent weekend here while we also enjoyed the restaurant at Ponte Winery, where we had a delicious lunch.

In a pinch we would stay there again, but we will be searching something else with more space

Staff was great, got us a very quiet room. Breakfast and free drinks were well done. However, it was very difficult using a cane to get to the jacuzzi. Also, the bedroom had not been thoroughly cleaned (someone's old sock and a rubber band in the corner by the bed). There was no grab bar to get out of shower/tub and toilet was very low to the ground for a 5' 10" person. Worst was the "special dinner" which the picture showed was big pieces (2 bites each) of Orange Chicken over Chow Mein with large pieces of vegies (bock choy?) and an egg role. Instead, the Chow Mein was some noodles with peas and carrots (looked like someone opened a frozen bag and added some noodles) and the chicken was little flakes of deep-fried batter - if there was one bite of chicken I would be surprised. Other than the staff and breakfast - not worth staying.

Last minute need for an overnight stay. I arrived late and left early. Got no sleep due to stress of the situation which necessitated the stay, nothing to do with the hotel. Very nice property and Kiara the desk agent was most pleasant and helpful at check in.

Every staff member was very helpful our room was cleaned with the exception of the sliding door and windows screen were dirty with spider webs, probably not the time for spring cleaning.

Everyone was very pleasant

The cleaning lady was nice and gave us extra towels. The room was clean but the TV in the living room didn't work! Good bed, soft pillows. Quiet rooms. Close (walking distance) to many shopping and food options.

Great staff, breakfast was great, room was clean

It's an older hotel. Can use a fresh coat of paint and new carpet. Breakfast was good. Happy hour was good. No complaints. Lots of families using the pool. This was one of the cheaper options in the area. Would stay again.

Love dogs, they woke us up super early. Next time I will request another room.

Brandon was very helpful during my stay. He informed me of the air conditioning going out that day and apologized for any inconvenience. He was polite and professional.

I love that the room had a separate sitting area from the bedroom, making it ideal for families with teenagers. While the property shows minor signs of wear and tear (several window awnings were discolored and paint was chipped), it was a perfect landing spot for us when wine tasting. We took advantage of the decent sized pool and hot tub. Our stay included an evening meet & greet that included snacks and 2 drinks from the bar!! Our stay ALSO included a breakfast buffet that was not your typical hotel buffet. There was a made-to-order egg and omelet station so I had a wonderful breakfast. We were completely satisfied with our stay and will definitely stay again if I'm ever in the area.

I checked in for my parents room late at night around 10pm on June 4th. The front desk agent that checked me in was very friendly and helpful. I do not recall her name. A big thank you and shout out to her. I had requested an early check in but it didn’t happen as planned. She had a goody bag with snacks and water which was very kind and appreciated. My parents are elderly and visiting Temecula for the first time. They had a comfortable one night stay. I had requested a late check out since they physically arrived in their room at almost 2am. But the next day the housekeeping staff member knocked on their door and asked when they were leaving. Which is pretty rude. There was no dnd sign to be found in the room. Not sure why they would do that after requesting a late check out? I cannot comment on the breakfast since my parents didn’t eat on the premises. But they sure did enjoy the complimentary coffee and tea that’s provided in the lobby. Thank you for that ! The inside of the property needs some TLC and updating in decor. But the friendly front desk staff makes up for that. Thank you! I will most definitely reserve at this location.
