    We hang out with friends, the room was big enough to have 6 people, Morning coffee was the only disappointed part. It would be nice to have a dark roast coffee.

    My room was rented to someone else who wanted to prolong their stay in the room I booked. I was placed in an extra room, that was full of their extra furnishings, not the same that I booked, dirty, tub has rust… and more. The staff were truly nice and did their best with the situation. They didn’t know why was the room I booked, allowed to be extended by the other guests. Leaving me out…and not even a call made to me. They gave me 30% off, I asked for a comp. Instead which they did not do. I will never book a room at Hampton Inn again. Wasn’t right to rent out the room I had booked well in advance. I have pictures as well.

    Everything was fine except that the fire alarm went off 4 times starting at 4:00 in the morning. Nothing was ever said about it and no compensation for the loss of sleep

    The hot tub near the pool was barely lukewarm. I was looking forward to a soak! Also, the cleaning products had a very strong fragrance and the windows are sealed, to unable to open to air out the room. Otherwise, very comfortable, quiet stay. Very nice bed and spacious room. Bonus: ravens nesting on the sign.

    The property is clean but the rooms aren’t the nicest. Strange room curtains with electrical blinds that done work. The breakfast was mediocre. Staff was nice and it’s a fine stay if you aren’t expecting the works!

    The pool was green. No one swam in it the days we were there. The shower gel in the bathtub was empty. The tub floor was very dirty or stained. The air conditioner was iffy. l Sometimes ran and other times did not. The last morning the whole panel of a/c wouldn't come on but the electricity was on. They no longer provide bottled water. You can buy SmartWater and sodas in the lobby. Parking was good. The staff seemed friendly except one lobby employee said it "wasn't her job to buy groceries". l There was no manage available while we stayed there.

    We were placed on the first floor and the window coverings were very odd. There was sort of a black sheet just hanging over the blinds. the blinds really didn't work and it was not attractive. The black sheet did not serve as blackout drapes. This really detracted from the overall quality of this hotel.

    The property is well maintained but when we checked into our room the AC was not working and the frig didnt work. They changed out the fridge but didnt get the air right until the last night. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was awesome! Over all it was a great stay.

    It would be nicer if the breakfast lasted until 11:00am instead of 10:00am. The pool was cold and the jacuzzi was not working. However, the service provided by Chrystal in the front desk and the night desk clerk was greatly appreciated they were wngaging and helpful. Also, the lady manning the breakfast on Friday morning was very kind and provided excellent customer service. All in all except for the few little things I definitely recommend this Hotel.

    Pool was dirty, and dead mouse in the jacuzzi! And the pool area needs cleaning and landscaping Won’t stay there again!

    Booked a 2 queen bed room. They gave ours away after prepaying 6 months in advance. Ended up with a king bed with a special needs family member. No offer to refund. Icing on the cake was the lack of cleanliness. Photos speak for themselves. A random scrunchie was found in the bed, mold and algae on shampoo bottles, hair everywhere. French fries and kids toys found in pull out couch. Disgusting! I've disputed with my credit card company.

    Terrible check in. After driving almost 6.5 hours, used the app to check in. Found no digital key in he app even though the notice after digital check said the key was ready. So, I had to stop by the front desk. I was met by a clerk named Ron, who ended up being a complete disaster and utter jerk. Never returning to this hotel again. Unacceptable behavior from a clerk to a "GUEST".
