Hampton Inn & Suites Temecula

Our stay was great! The king suite was roomy and nice. Unfortunately we booked this place thinking we’d have the pool for our kids to swim in but they were under construction so we weren’t able to use it. Wish we had known because we packed for the pool and expected to use it. Didn’t know it was under maintenance until we got dressed and went to the pool.

Great place to stay! Clean, and with good service. I will stay here again if I comeback to Temecula!

Our 2nd night waste started coming up in the bathtub. It was after midnight. We were moved to another room. An inconvenience to have to move at that time when we were trying to go to bed. The furniture in the breakfast area is dated. The showers we had need to be updated. The beds were comfortable. I do not think we will be going back. Marcella Cantero

I stayed here this weekend for a quick staycation, and this property was nice and clean it looked well kept. Parking was great and it was easy to find. I didn't get to try the breakfast because I slept in (which was the point of the stay), but it smelled great. Checking in and out was a breeze. I wish somehow, I could link my Hilton membership to my reservation to get points. For the price I paid I didn't' expect to see the bottom of the bathroom door chipping along the bottom or mold under the inside of the toilet when I turned my head while relaxing in the bathtub. It was a nice to have a bathtub since most places are taking them out. A nice bath adds so much to a mommy overnight/weekend stay. This place is in a great location and customer service is great. I would stay here again. Besides those 2 things this place was great!

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean I booked a king room, but they gave my husband and I a room with two queens. The ice machine wasn’t working. There were two fridges in the room - maybe one wasn’t working, not sure. The A/C and the fridge were both kind of noisy, and we heard a child screaming next door in the morning. For $325, I expected better.

The bathroom was very clean. Add more cereal and fruit varieties to breakfast.

Room was clean, employees were great! Good customer service Pool. I intended to use the pool facilities, but could not. The water was green and only half full.

Exceptional

A/C aging and runs noisily. Awakened me a couple of times from sleep when it kicked in. Glad bathroom had a tub, though.

We stayed here September 3-6, 2026. The issues we had with here came when we first checked in. The refrigerator had a half full bottle of Gatorade that was left in it. The pool was really green and was not swimmable. It was a warm weekend so it would have been nice to use the pool. The shampoo dispenser in the shower was completely empty. Not even enough for one hair wash. We had coffee for our first morning , but nothing for our second morning. I went to the maid down the hallway to see if she had any. She only had decaf. I went downstairs to the dispenser at breakfast and only got half a cup before it ran out. During our stay, I went to four different ice machines and none of them had ice. I went back to the machines over the next few days and still no ice. The lights in the bathroom were out and I attempted to call the front desk on my room phone, it said it was unable to connect me. Multiple attempts to use the room phone during our trip resulted in the same outcome. I went to the front desk and ask them to replace the burned out lights. When we return to that they are not replaced. I put a second request on the second morning and, when I returned to the room that evening, only one was working.

The beds grossed me out to the point of wanting to sleep over the covers with towels down. It's not like they were dirty, but they were incredibly creeky and the fitted sheet wasn't fully around the mattress and the mattress looked yellow. Also, when I say that was a creeky bed, that was genuinely the loudest bed I've ever been on, and I was by myself. I only booked this hotel because it had good reviews but had I known how uncomfortable and grossed out I was gonna be, I would've picked somewhere nicer. The breakfast was also said to be good, and they didn't even have cream cheese for the bagels. Overall I'd never stay there again.

Place was perfect no complaints here

The room that we paid $--- for was disgusting. The shower was backed up. The water pressure was nonexistent. The bathroom was dirty. The couch in the room was gross. The pillows were so old.

Clean room. Comfy bed. Offers hot breakfast. Friendly staff. Highly recommend.

The property was clean. There was not enough staff. There was never anyone at the front desk. My room was never cleaned, even though I requested it be cleaned through the front desk. Upon check-in, I was only given 3/4 of a roll of toilet paper and only one towel per person. The second day of my Stay I had no clean towel.
