Location was great. Rooms were spacious and had everything I needed. It needs to be updated. The lights are very dim and the bathroom sink area is peeling and old. You need sun curtains so the light can come in the room. It only has the dark curtain and if you open them, people can see right in.

We have stayed here several times, so obviously we consider it completely satisfactory to us. Very accommodating to special requests. Great location. Clean, with ample, safe parking. Nothing negative. It is an older but well-maintained hotel. Perfect location for Old Town Temecula

I did not get to stay at the property. Regrettably, I was unable to remain at the property due to an unforeseen family bereavement. I contacted the establishment, hoping for their flexibility in refunding or partially refunding my payment. Regrettably, they declined to do so. I acknowledge the existence of cancellation policies, but unforeseen circumstances can arise. It is unfortunate that the establishment did not demonstrate greater consideration or understanding. The representative’s assistance was also lacking.

Location. Bed very comfortable Water pressure in bathroom. Not enough light in area outside of bathrooms. No clock. Door to room was almost impossible to open.
