Very good experience. Quiet, except for a few guests. Great location in Old Town Temecula.

The room itself looked clean, aside from the uninvited cockroach on the wall. He was friendly at least, and welcomed me to the property. The room had several odd maintenance issues. One bedside lamp had a blue light bulb that looked like someone had colored it with a Sharpie. The other bedside lamp didn’t work because it was missing the bulb entirely. The TV also had an accessibility feature enabled that announced everything I did (for example, “Volume 15”). I spent about five minutes looking through the settings but couldn’t find a way to turn it off. I went back to the front desk to ask about changing rooms, but no one was there. Checkout was a much better experience. The gentleman working that morning was very friendly and helpful. Overall, I’d only recommend staying here if you need a last-minute place to sleep.

Rooms and property clean No rambunctious customers. AC, quiet, coffee, microwave, fridge, helpful. It’s nice to trust the customers and be able to open the window for fresh air. Family operated, very accommodating. VIRAJ very helpful at front desk, Dennys and Alberto’s across street

Great location and clean rooms.

Old dated motel, burn holes in the carpet, stains on bed sheets and pillows. Would not recommend.

The room is clean, but a little aged. The bathroom door handle was falling off!

Stayed a weekend (Fri-Mon). Was looking for a cheaper hotel compared to the higher end was much too expensive for a weekend trip. However I traded price for better quality. While the staff was nice there were things a hotel should not have. Dried blood on the curtains. The curtain was also broken. The A/C smelled like mildew every time it came on. The bathroom vent/ fan looked as if it had never been cleaned. The pool wasn’t very clean. We received fresh towels but the were either dirty or stained. The toilet seat moved because it was extremely loose. It was supposed to be smoke free but another room continued to smoke weed and it reeked. There was never any turn down service. So while it may have free WiFi, free parking. It was lacking practically everything else you’d want from a hotel. You trade quality for a lower price tag but it’s not worth the stay sadly.

The room was clean on the first night. On the 2nd day when we asked a Housekeeping Services member if she was going to clean our room she said no. When we returned to the room at 10pm we were locked out. We went to speak to someone at the front office & no one was available. We had to call a number, and then wait for someone to come and assist us. We were only given 1 fixed key card, & had to explain that we needed 2. We were given the 2nd key card and the office manager had a negative attitude. When we finally got into the room Housekeeping had not been there at all. They also don't have ADA accommodations. This is not the place for permanently or temporarily disabled people, or injured persons of any age, or the elderly. Customer service was so bad, and no one should be subjected to that type of treatment especially when you're paying for it.

Great place

Room was ok but there was a very strong and unpleasant odor in the room, which my wife and I hated. In addition, the A/C noise kept us up all night long. Needless to say, we weren't well-rested at all. We will not return for sure.

Firm bed. Near Old Town. The room smelled so we left window open and ran air conditioner.

Friendly staff and clean room. Very nice.

What I didn't like: Bare floor. Smell of lysol. Office person who didn't speak English and couldn't answer any questions. Sink that didn't drain well. No one there to turn key in to (I have no idea how much money they took from my credit card or if they took any.) And I am really hoping I did not bring home any bedbugs.

This is a solid choice for a budget stay in Temecula. Location is great (very walkable to everything in the Old Town area and easy freeway access. It's an older motel for sure, with minimal amenities, but it's clean and the staff is friendly. They don't offer breakfast, but if you stay here, do yourself a favor and eat at Penfold's which is a diner in the mini mall 2 doors down. Excellent food there ad huge portions (you can likely share a meal if you're traveling with someone).

Clean and comfortable at a good price. Better than Motel 6 across the street
