I had to ask for a broom to sweep the room myself and could never get a mop. They never cleaned my room i purchased my own cleaning supplies.

It was a nightmare, when I entered the room it sucked horrible, the bathroom had hair everywhere and reeked of urine, the service was terrible, not to mention the staff. If it were for me, I would give it 0 stars.

Let's get started, the entire check in process was the most absolute WORST HOTEL CHECK IN PROCESS I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. The employee working at the front desk, repeatedly tried to blame the issues on Expedia !! He continued to tell me, and others trying to check in, he was NEW. IT WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. He kept asking people checking in, or requesting a new room key, if you were with Baymont or Howard Johnson? What a Disaster!! When I booked my room 3 weeks earlier, I messaged the property stating I hade a physical issue. THIS IS REALLY WHEN THINGS GOT CHALLENGING. THE FRONT DESK EMPLOYEE ASSIGNED ME A 3RD FLOOR ROOM, EVEN AFTER I MENTIONED AGAIN I HAD A DISABILITY. HE CONTINUED TO LET ME KNOW THE CHECK IN PROBLEM WAS A ISSUE WITH EXPITIA, WHO ALREADY HAD TAKEN MY PAYMENT 3 WEEKS EARLIER! THE FRONT DESK PERSON MADE ME CALL EXPEDIA TO CORRECT THEIR BILLING ISSUE, AGAIN, THEY WERE NEW! THE FRONT DESK AGENT, SHOWED ABSOLUTELY NO CONCERN FOR THE PAYING CUSTOMER. AFTER ALMOST 2 HOURS TO JUST CHECK IN, I WAS ASSIGNED A 3RD FLOOR ROOM. WHEN I JOURNEY TO MY ROOM THE ELEVATOR WAS NOT WORKED!!! THE PROPERTY WEBSITE, CLEARLY STATES THEY HAVE A ELEVATOR!! I AM CURRENTLY FILING A REPORT WITH THE ADA. SADLY, AFTER I STRUGGLE UP MY TO ROOM, THE INTIEROR LIGHT DIDN'T WORK. THINGS CONTINUED TO ESCOLATE, NO REMOTE FOR EITHER THE TELEVISIONS. AFTER CHECKING THE ENTRY LIGHT, BOTH LIGHT BULBS WERE DAMAGED AND MISSING. EVENTUALLY, I REALIZED THERE WERE AND TOWELS OR TOLIET PAPERS!!!!
