Everything was as expected. Really enjoyed my stay

Promised breakfast and there has not been any

Internet did not work Big kitchen with nothing Breakfast area did not even have coffee cups and they apologized it was not there so we had to use our own Coffee machine did not work Toiletries in room not there Pathetic condition

But we managed..

Place was a total embarrassment. I paid for my days to stay then decided to add another night through Expedia. Expedia is great; the baymont said I never even showed up. So after we stayed for a few days the desk manager came and said we must leave or the cops will be called. Horrible all the way around. I did eventually get a refund. That explains it all.

Absolutely. Nothing worked at this property, they just changed the name probably because of pool reviews before. Inside the room. There was no hot water, broken toilet, the microwave didn't work, stains on the couch, it was dirty and the floor was disgusting and sticky. Last thing, not even the coffee maker worked. In the morning the breakfast was out of everything including coffee. I'm not joking. This place is absolutely terrible and they should not be in this business. Unfortunately. If this is how they're taking care of their guests. They told me that their quote" general manager" would call me to refund my money but no phone calls yet and I'm not expecting. Place is awful, stay away if you want a decent place that you can actually sleep and take a shower.

Would not recommend this place. Find somewhere else. We had to leave and went somewhere else that night that actually had AC and working elevators and rooms available. I was told I would get a refund but didn’t.

First off, it’s not Baymont. The motel has a different name. Upon check in, waited over 20 min for a staff to finally show up. The rooms were terrible! Floors were still dirty, some trash here and there and the room smelled gross. I didn’t feel safe there. We just packed up and I tried asking for a refund with no success and went elsewhere. Will never go back.

Had to change rooms 3 times. None of the rooms had working phones, and the AC was broken in 2 of the rooms as well. Spent the first 2 hours of my less than 24 hour stay moving rooms. Front office personnel was rude and unprofessional

Don’t even know where to start! Do NOT stay here!! This place is nothing like you see in the pictures. After check in and going up the broken hazardous stairs to our room, we were unpleasantly surprised with a dirty room. Crumbs on the counters, floors were so dirty and cigarette burn holes in the bedding!! The room reeked of cigarette smoke. There was no hot water our entire stay! microwave & telephone didn’t work. They only gave us 1 hand towel & 1 bath towel for 2 people. Asked for extras but was told they didn’t have any!! The only positive is the fridge worked! Definitely do not recommend

No air conditioning, no thermostat, windows are opened, phone didn't work, cigarette burns in the bedding, smelled like drugs, no hot water, and no towels. Photos do not reflect the property at all. Misrepresentation of the hotel.

The location was the best part It was outdated and it did not have breakfast like it advertised. Continental breakfast is not breakfast

Towels were clean When I checked in, there was no trash can, one towel for 2 people booking, no remote control for the television, telephone didn't work so I had to go to the office for everything, no breakfast even though it was part of the booking, floor was filthy and I eventually mopped it because it made my socks black. I didn't mind having to get towels from the office every other day. The outside around the door had drink stains on the tile and used cigarette butts in the rocked area. Also, the garbage disposal wasn't working and the tray for the microwave was missing

Nothing The room was filthy, the bed was horrible, and someone crack head probably was knocking on my window at 10:30pm for five minutes straight.

Only complaint I have was the breakfast there was none.

Heads up. This property is under a soon to be different name according to their current sign (ASU extened stay?) and is nothing like the photos. We immediately looked elsewhere. This is not a Baymont Inn like the photos show and in other searches shows up as a Howard Johnson. We were very concerned and did not feel safe at the property.

the staff is really nice and helpfull

The staff That I had to stay in a room that grew black mold because I was telling the staff every day or so for the last 8 weeks of my stay that the sink and dishwasher were backed up and they could only tell me we will look into it then they ended up kicking me out because I didn’t feel like I should pay

No hot water so not going near breakfast area. No towels, no hot water, maintenance issues, obvious cost cutting issues

No A/C in room the temp. in the room reached 85°, No hot water, Breakfast consisted of muffins and cold coffee, interior of room looked like some just threw a party and broke everything, front desk is kinda tricky to find, check is really not at 3 like advertised.
